Yes, your input URL is invalid. This scraper doesn't accept the "node search" URL type: https://www.amazon.de/gp/browse.html?node=186606&ref_=nav_em__bo_0_2_12_2

Please use a search URL if you want to scrape multiple products: https://www.amazon.de/s?k=books

Or a direct product URL: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B074P5TWCX
