When I get 1 result at a time I do get offers but when I set the limit to 500 to retrieve hotels in bulk, only the first option has offers

I am also having some issues when i enter the hotel name and location.
first run: provided hotel name and location, set limit to 1, got no results (only occurs 50% of the time) second run: provided location only, searched the results and found that exact same hotel in the list of results.
