Clarification on Real-Time Data Scraping

We need clarification regarding the scraping process of your API. Is the data scraped in real time on demand when a request is made, or is it pre-scraped and stored in a database, with the API returning the stored results?

Additionally, if the data is pre-scraped, how often is it updated to ensure it is no older than 5 minutes?
