After surpassing the 39 USD mark, it only gives back around 15 tweets per run - instead of the previous +7k tweets. I have upgraded to Scale plan and now should have no money limits (I'm at 40 / 199 USD)

The only explanation that a shorter query time of run_2 (inside the query time of run_1) returns less results is that your program is limiting my results after I reached the 39 USD limit with run_1
I have upgraded from Starter plan to Scale plan and have now enough credit to spend ($40 / $199) Still receiving only around 15 tweets per call - where before I received over 7k.

I'm curious why you were able to fetch tweets initially, as I've never seen the syntax [ "" ] before...
