Find agencies that sell the specialty you offer, verify an official public business contact, and prioritize open applications or explicit freelance collaboration when they exist. ▶ Run Actor

Build a focused agency outreach list
Run one specialty at a time across one or more compatible countries. The Actor checks whether each agency actually sells that specialty, verifies a public contact on the official organization surface, and returns one ranked row per agency.
Open applications come first when available. Agencies with explicit freelance-collaboration evidence come next. Relevant agencies with a verified direct business contact stay useful instead of disappearing merely because they do not operate a permanent roster.
This is not an active-job aggregator and it does not promise hiring, a reply, an assignment, or acceptance. It performs no named-contact enrichment: no founders, employees, guessed emails, personal addresses, phone numbers, or private sources.
Quick start
{"serviceKeywords": ["AI Agent Developer"],"languages": ["fr"],"targetCountries": ["FR", "BE"],"maxResults": 25}
- Choose one specialty per run.
- Select one of five languages: English, French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
- Select up to five compatible discovery markets, then run and review the Dataset.
Automatic discovery checks bounded public structured sources first and uses Apify’s licensed Google SERP service as a fallback. Use seed-only when you already have safe public HTTP(S) agency pages to verify.
The structured output is shown below through three shortened illustrative examples and the field table.
Three opportunity levels
All levels require a real agency, first-party proof that it sells the requested specialty, compatible discovery provenance, and a verified official public contact.
| Level | What the public evidence proves | What it does not promise |
|---|---|---|
OPEN_APPLICATION | A live organization-bound application route is available. | Review, reply, assignment, or acceptance. |
FREELANCE_COLLABORATION | The agency explicitly mentions freelancers, contractors, external partners, or independent talent. | A currently open application or role. |
DIRECT_AGENCY_CONTACT | The agency sells the specialty and publishes an official contact page, form, or generic business email. | Active hiring or freelance intake. |
Shortened illustrative example: open application
{"agencyName": "Northstar Creative","opportunityLevel": "OPEN_APPLICATION","requestedService": "Copywriter","contactUrl": "https://northstar.example/freelance/apply","applicationUrl": "https://northstar.example/freelance/apply","fitScore": 95}
Shortened illustrative example: explicit freelance collaboration
{"agencyName": "Orbit Automation Studio","opportunityLevel": "FREELANCE_COLLABORATION","requestedService": "AI Agent Developer","contactUrl": "https://orbit-automation.example/contact","applicationUrl": null,"collaborationEvidenceUrl": "https://orbit-automation.example/partners","fitScore": 84}
Shortened illustrative example: direct agency contact
{"agencyName": "Frame & Motion","opportunityLevel": "DIRECT_AGENCY_CONTACT","requestedService": "Video Editor","contactUrl": "https://frame-motion.example/start-a-project","contactEmail": null,"applicationUrl": null,"fitScore": 72}
Data you get
| Field group | What it tells you |
|---|---|
agencyName, domain, opportunityType, opportunityLevel | The organization and strongest verified evidence level. |
requestedService, canonicalSpecialty, taxonomyFamily, taxonomyMode | Your request and the controlled matching context. |
serviceEvidenceUrl, serviceEvidenceExcerpt | First-party proof that the agency sells the requested specialty. |
contactType, contactUrl, contactEmail | The verified official public business channel; generic email only when published. |
applicationUrl, collaborationEvidenceUrl | Optional stronger opportunity evidence; either can be null. |
searchLanguage, discoveryMarkets, agencyCountries | Discovery provenance and explicitly evidenced country data. Search markets are not legal-location claims. |
fitScore, lastVerifiedAt, freshnessStatus, warnings | Ranking, verification time, freshness, and review caveats. |
| Locale, coverage, matching, geography, and evidence arrays | Replayable detail for audits and automation. |
The default buyer view starts with agency, opportunity level, requested specialty, discovery markets, official contact, optional application route, fit score, verification date, and service evidence. The OUTPUT record adds bounded run counts, rejection diagnostics, limits, completion state, and billing parity.
Private v0.4 pricing calibration
The prices below are private candidate calibration only. They are not public pricing and do not authorize a Store or Actor update.
Each persisted agency emits exactly one event matching its strongest level:
open-application-opportunityfreelance-collaboration-opportunityverified-agency-contact
The same private calibration ladder applies to each result event:
| Apify plan | Per persisted agency | Per 1,000 agencies | Discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0.050 | $50.00 | — |
| Starter (Bronze) | $0.045 | $45.00 | 10% |
| Scale (Silver) | $0.040 | $40.00 | 20% |
| Business (Gold) | $0.035 | $35.00 | 30% |
One result event per persisted agency means a row with both contact and application evidence is never billed twice. The calibration also documents the automatic $0.00005 apify-actor-start event per run; Actor code never emits it manually.
The public Actor remains unchanged during private validation. A later public pricing, Store, build-tag, or release change requires separate evidence and explicit approval.
API & automation
Retrieve Dataset rows as JSON, CSV, or Excel, stage them in a CRM or spreadsheet, or send the completed run to your review workflow with an Apify webhook.
$curl "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/kazkn~freelance-agency-application-finder/runs/last/dataset/items?clean=true"
Save validated inputs as an Apify Task and schedule them weekly or monthly. Keep one Task per specialty and one Task per language so every run remains easy to compare.

Limits that keep results trustworthy
- A result appears only after organization, specialty, market, and official-contact gates pass.
- The Actor reads bounded public pages; it does not sign in, submit forms, or contact agencies.
- Discovery can legitimately return zero agencies when public evidence is insufficient.
- Regulated specialties still require your own licensing, jurisdiction, and eligibility review.
355 specialties
The complete catalog contains 355 remote-capable specialties across 21 families. Open the appendix to browse every canonical label; no catalog row is omitted.
FAQ
Is this an active freelance-job or mission aggregator?
No. It finds agencies that sell your specialty and verifies an official public contact. Open applications and explicit freelance collaboration are prioritized when the evidence exists, but the Actor does not collect active missions from job boards or marketplaces.
Does it find a decision-maker or personal email?
No. There is no named-contact enrichment. Results are limited to official public contact pages, public business forms, and published generic business emails such as hello@, contact@, or talent@.
Does the Actor contact or apply to agencies?
No. It returns evidence and a verified official public route for your review. You keep control of outreach, applications, portfolios, communication, and follow-up.
Does an opportunity level guarantee work?
No. Levels describe the strongest public evidence found. They do not guarantee hiring, a reply, an assignment, review, or acceptance.
Can I search outside the catalog?
Yes. Custom mode supports one exact remote-capable specialty phrase. Catalog mode provides the strongest alias and localization coverage.
How should I automate recurring research?
Save one specialty and one language as an Apify Task, schedule it, and route the Dataset through an API integration or webhook. Review each result before outreach.
Support
Use the Issues tab on the Actor page for reproducible bug reports and feedback. Include the public agency page and a non-sensitive description so the evidence can be reviewed efficiently.
This independently built and maintained community Actor turns public organization evidence into review-ready agency research.
