2026-10-16 — Keyword Planner and locale documentation
Validated search terminology against Google Ads Keyword Planner and Store shelves. Added localized usage guidance and bounded examples; retained existing English phrases. Clarified locale limitations where measured. No runtime, output fields, defaults, or pricing changed.
price change, 2026-10-12
review $0.003 → $0.004 per row (aligned with the other hotel review actors). no paying users in the last period, so Apify applied it immediately; nothing else changes — same rows, same free rows, same filters, no start fee, proxy and compute included. Every price mention in the input form, the event text and this README was updated with it.
1.0 — listing and input form reworded, 2026-10-11
No behaviour, output or price changed; the same inputs return the same rows.
Title and Store description rewritten in the nouns agents and searchers type: the title tail carries "Hotel Reviews" and "Gästebewertungen" as contiguous phrases; the description says "One row per guest rating" with the fields, the free hotel row, the free filters (complaints, only new since a date) and the German nouns Kurzurlaub Bewertungen and Hotelbewertungen in the description itself; Hotelbewertung, Gästebewertung and Wellness in the meta description.
The input form is reordered: which hotels, then the cap, then sinceDate (only new) ahead of maxScore and minScore, then the hotel row, then proxy and pacing. Nothing was renamed or removed.
Every input now says what to pass, with an example, its default, what it changes and what it costs, and names the request it answers ("only new reviews", "negative reviews", "praise"). maxScore and minScore now state that they apply to the newest maxReviewsPerHotel ratings fetched (set the cap to 0 to scan a whole history) — the code has always worked this way; the old text did not say so.
The pricing text lists what is never charged (filtered ratings, duplicates, hotels without ratings, unknown ids, failed hotels, hotel and status rows), that there is no start fee, the page size, and that a run stops at the maximum cost you set.
README: a section mapping common requests to the exact input, the row types and the status contract, and a short German paragraph.

Reliability: a run that cannot act on its input — a URL from the wrong site, a name nothing resolves to, an empty target list, a number outside the documented range — now ends cleanly with the reason on the run card instead of as a failed run. Nothing is charged in either case; a blocked or throttled source still fails loudly.
Store listing: moved into the categories buyers actually browse (the old Business category has no Store page).
1.0 — 2026-08-29
First release.
Every guest rating of any Kurzurlaub.de hotel: the overall score on Kurzurlaub's 1-6 scale (6 is the best), the per-area scores the guest gave (hotel, room, service, food, leisure, location, value), the title, the comment when the guest wrote one, the reviewer's first name or "Gast", and the date.
Two ways in: Kurzurlaub hotel URLs (read once for the hotel's id, name, stars, address and price range) or the numeric ids directly. A URL and its id count as the same hotel and are harvested once.
Ratings arrive newest first. Three cost controls filter before billing: maxScore keeps only ratings at or below a score (the complaints feed), minScore keeps only ratings at or above one (the praise feed), and sinceDate keeps only ratings from a date on — and stops paging as soon as the date is passed, so older ratings are never fetched.
Free hotel row per property: name, stars, address, overall score and word, rating count, per-area averages and the offer price range.
Billing: pay per delivered rating row. Hotel rows, status rows, filtered ratings, hotels with no ratings and failed hotels are all free.
Reliability: a body that is not a ratings fragment (an error page, an empty answer) rotates the IP and retries instead of being read as "no ratings"; the shell Kurzurlaub returns for an id it does not have is reported as an error on the status row, free, without retrying.
