Notes

• Data covers major events reported by NTD reporters from January 2014 through mid-2026 and is updated by FTA monthly (the newest events are usually a few weeks to months old).
• Fatality counts include suicides (about 880 deaths are event type Suicide). Filter with eventTypes to exclude them.
• Each record has a link to the official dataset. Narratives have personal details redacted by the FTA. Addresses are approximate.
• State filter uses the incident address.
