Company Jobs Scraper: every open job from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters & Recruitee
Get every open job at any company that hires through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, or Recruitee, including Airbnb, Stripe, OpenAI, Spotify, Notion, Ramp, Hugging Face, Bosch, Ubisoft, and thousands more. Give it company names or careers links. You get clean rows with title, location, department, salary (when the company posts it), work type, posted date, apply link, and the full description.
- 6 job platforms, one format: the same fields whichever system the company uses
- Just type the name:
openai, airbnb, figma. It finds the right job board automatically. Paste a careers link for an exact match. - Filters: title keywords, location keywords, remote only, posted in the last N days. You only pay for jobs that match.
- Daily "new jobs only" monitoring: schedule it and get only jobs that appeared since your last run
- Official public job-board APIs: the same feeds companies use to publish their jobs. Fast, reliable, no proxies.
Sample output (real, Ramp via Ashby, Oct 2026)
{"type": "job","query": "ramp","jobId": "34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245","title": "Security Engineer, Cloud","company": "ramp","location": "New York, NY (HQ); Remote (Canada); Remote (US); Miami, FL","department": "Engineering","employmentType": "FullTime","workplaceType": "Hybrid","salary": "$211.4K – $290.6K • Offers Equity","postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:35.753+00:00","url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245","ats": "ashby","companySlug": "ramp","description": "ABOUT RAMP\n\nRamp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. How to use
- Add companies: a name as it appears in their job link (
airbnb, openai) or a careers link (boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb,jobs.lever.co/spotify,jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp). - Optional: add title or location keywords, remote only, or posted within N days.
- Run, then export from the Dataset tab (JSON, CSV, Excel, or API).
Sample input
{ "companies": ["openai", "airbnb", "jobs.lever.co/spotify"], "titleKeywords": ["engineer"], "locationKeywords": ["remote", "san francisco"] }
Get new jobs automatically
- Turn on "Only new jobs since last run".
- Run it once. The first run returns today's open jobs and sets the starting point.
- Click Schedule in Apify and pick daily or weekly.
- Each run returns only jobs posted since the previous one. Send them to Slack, Google Sheets, email, or a webhook with Apify integrations.
Use monitor name to keep separate watchlists (e.g. competitors and dream-companies). If a run stops at your limit, the next run picks up the jobs it missed.
Hiring signals for sales and recruiting (Clay, CRMs)
Every company also gets one free summary row: open jobs, jobs posted in the last 7 and 30 days, remote jobs, and the top departments and locations. Use it to answer "which of my target accounts are hiring for sales/engineering right now?"
Real example (Airbnb via Greenhouse, Oct 2026):
{ "type": "company", "company": "Airbnb", "ats": "greenhouse", "openJobs": 201, "postedLast7Days": 25, "postedLast30Days": 95, "remoteJobs": 21,"topDepartments": { "Software Engineering": 53, "Community Support": 29, "Business Development": 20, "Sales": 15, "Product Management": 15 } }
In Clay: connect your Apify account in Clay (Integrations → Apify), add this Actor as an enrichment on a column of company names or careers links, and map postedLast30Days / topDepartments into a signal score (for example, "3+ sales roles posted in 30 days = priority account"). Turn on "only new jobs since the last run" and schedule it weekly to catch new hiring as it happens.
Pricing
- $0.0014 per job ($1.40 per 1,000 jobs)
- No start fee. Companies without a job board cost nothing, and jobs removed by your filters cost nothing.
Example: all ~200 open Airbnb jobs = about $0.28. A daily monitor of 10 companies typically costs cents per day, because only new jobs are charged.
Who it's for
- Recruiters and sourcers: see who's hiring for what, the day it's posted
- Sales teams: hiring is a buying signal ("they just opened 5 data engineering roles")
- Job boards and newsletters: fill your board with fresh, structured jobs
- Job seekers: watch your dream companies and never miss a posting
- Analysts: track hiring trends and salaries across companies
- AI agents: one call returns structured jobs ready to reason over
FAQ
Which companies work? Any company whose careers page runs on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, or Recruitee. If their job links contain greenhouse.io, lever.co, ashbyhq.com, apply.workable.com, smartrecruiters.com, or recruitee.com, it works. A bare company name is tried on all six.
Descriptions on SmartRecruiters? Their public job list doesn't include descriptions, so description is empty for SmartRecruiters jobs. Follow the url for the full posting.
Salary? Included when the company publishes it (common on Ashby and Lever, and on US postings in states that require it). It also often appears in the description.
Personal data? None. Only the job postings companies publish.

Data source and responsible use
Jobs come only from the official public job-board APIs that Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, and Recruitee provide so companies can publish openings (no logins, no scraping of job sites). Rows contain job postings, not personal data. Use the data in line with each company's posting and your local laws.
