Two modes
Yearly financials: one row per company per fiscal year: revenue, gross profit, operating income, net income, net margin, diluted EPS, total assets, liabilities, stockholders' equity, cash, operating cash flow, long-term debt and R&D spend.
Filings list: one row per filing (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, Form 4, and more) with filing date, report date, accession number and direct links to the document and the filing index. Filter by form type and date range.
