Every new house, townhome and apartment building permitted in Seattle, within days. About 2¢ a lead.

This feed comes from the Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections (SDCI) Building Permits dataset, filtered to permit type New, so additions, alterations, tenant improvements, roofs and demolitions are left out. That's about 90 new-building permits a month, mostly single-family, duplex and townhome projects, plus multifamily and commercial. Each lead has the address, estimated project cost, housing units added and removed, full work description and permit link. (There's also a contractorCompany column, but SDCI fills it in on only about 1% of new-building permits, so expect it to be blank. The permit link shows the applicant and contacts.)

FAQ

Where does the data come from? The "Building Permits" dataset (76t5-zqzr) on data.seattle.gov, the City of Seattle's official open-data portal, updated daily. Does it include phone numbers? No. SDCI doesn't publish contact details, and fills in the contractor company on only about 1 in 100 new-building permits (12 of 1,117 so far in 2026). Use the permit link or your usual enrichment tool. Is it only new construction? Yes. Only permit type "New" is returned. Additions, alterations, tenant improvements and demolitions are excluded, as are withdrawn or canceled permits. How do I avoid duplicates? Keep "Only new since last run" on, and use a different dedupe store name for each separate feed.
