Charged per review delivered. App-detail rows are free. An app with no reviews costs nothing.
Per country. The App Store keeps separate reviews per storefront; pass us, gb, de, jp, br… and get each.
Most recent or most helpful, up to 500 reviews per app, country and sort (Apple's feed limit).
Filter by stars to pull only complaints (1–2 stars) or only praise (5 stars).

Limits and honesty notes

Apple exposes at most 500 reviews per app, country and sort order through its public feed. For the full history of very large apps, combine mostRecent and mostHelpful and run per country.
Reviews are public data published by Apple; author names are the public display names Apple shows.
Apps that are not available in a given country return no rows for that country (free).
