AlloVoisins Scraper

Extract public AlloVoisins profiles, local-service lists, rental directories and company information for France as exportable rows.

  • Provider names, ratings, review counts and profile links.
  • SIRET registration numbers and profile details when available.
  • Optional individual review rows, plus rental, category and commune catalogs.
  • Company, press and privacy contacts published by AlloVoisins.
  • Pay $3.00 per 1,000 delivered rows on the Free plan, plus a start fee.

What does AlloVoisins Scraper do?

AlloVoisins Scraper collects public information from www.allovoisins.com. Use it to compare local-service providers, organize rental categories or map commune coverage. It does not sign in, contact members or post requests. This is an unofficial tool, not affiliated with AlloVoisins.

  • Providers: city/category lists, intent lists and individual profiles.
  • Directories: service categories, cities, rentals, sitemaps, metadata and seasonal themes.
  • Company pages: legal notices, about, press and privacy information; pros returns marketing content, not providers.
  • Optional details: enrichDetails adds available profile information without adding a separate provider row. includeReviews adds separately billed review rows. Both are off by default.

What data can you extract from AlloVoisins?

Rows differ by kind. Provider and review rows also have rowType; other rows may omit it. Missing values can be null, empty arrays or absent fields. The following tables show useful fields; the dataset can contain additional source-specific fields.

How to scrape AlloVoisins

  1. Open AlloVoisins Scraper in Apify Console.
  2. Enter a target such as citySlug=lille and categorySlug=femme-de-menage.
  3. Set maxResults to 3 for a small first run.
  4. Click Start and check the run status.
  5. Open the dataset and download your rows.

Empty input {} starts a billed example using Lille and femme-de-menage, with at most 3 rows. In auto, one target field selects the mode: URLs take priority over profiles, then intent, category and city. Explicit directory or company modes need no target and do not become example runs.

City and category: category

Use a city and service slug. Missing values fall back to Lille and femme-de-menage. Real pagination uses /page/{n}, not ?page=.

Service intent: intent

Enter intentSlug, such as entretien-de-jardin, for an intent list without a city filter.

Provider profiles: profile

Copy identifiers from real /p/ links into profileSlugs. Enable includeReviews for individual reviews. List searches also need enrichDetails=true to collect reviews.

Company pages: company

Collect legal notices, about, press and privacy pages, within your row limit.

About: about

Collect the company introduction and named founders where shown.

Press: press

Collect published press-contact information.

Privacy: privacy

Collect published privacy-contact information.

Service catalog: catalog

Return categories, intents and rental links from /liste-services.

City slugs: cities

Return city identifiers from the service directory.

Rentals: rental

Return rental directory entries. Set citySlug=paris for the supported Paris rental directory; other city-specific rental pages can be supplied in detailUrls.

Multiple communes: crawl

Choose a category and a small maxPages budget. Set citySlug to restrict the run to one city.

Professional information: pros

Return the professional marketing page and related links, not a provider directory.

Sitemaps: sitemap

Return sitemap entries. Put a specific sitemap URL in detailUrls to list that map's entries; this does not scrape every listed page.

Metadata: api

Return categories and other reference data. citySlug adds a commune lookup after the metadata rows, so a small first page may not contain it. Append a postal code, such as saint-denis-93200, to distinguish same-name communes.

Seasonal themes: themes

Return themes and their service/rental search presets.

Commune directory: askings

Return commune identifiers and rental landing links. For list continuation, read RUN_SUMMARY → diagnostics.searchMeta.nextOffset and use it as offset; stop when it is null.

maxItems and limit are accepted as aliases for maxResults. Close field-name misspellings can be corrected; other unknown fields are ignored with a note. An unsupported market falls back to fr.

Invalid targets stop before collection with INVALID_INPUT: <field> — <how to fix>. No rows are charged, although the start fee still applies. The INPUT_REPORT record in the default key-value store records input interpretation; INPUT_ECHO contains the parsed settings.

}

Export the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, RSS or an HTML table. RUN_SUMMARY records the delivered count, warnings and notices; failed runs can write ERROR_SUMMARY with the reason.

Why use this AlloVoisins scraper?

  • Row-based billing: pay for delivered rows plus the start event, not every page attempted.
  • Usable structure: provider identities and separate review rows make filtering straightforward.
  • Explicit missing contacts: unavailable fields remain empty, with absence information where supplied.
  • Several inputs: submit multiple profile slugs or URLs in one run.
  • No proxy setup: you do not need to set up proxies or supply an AlloVoisins account.
  • Existing output stays accessible: rows already written to the dataset remain available after a stop. This is not a guarantee that undelivered rows survive a forced abort.

How much does it cost to scrape AlloVoisins?

The Actor uses pay-per-event pricing. Each start event costs $0.005, with one event per GB of allocated memory and a minimum of one. The default 1024 MB allocation therefore costs $0.005 to start. Platform usage is included in these prices.

Apify planStart at 1024 MBPrice per rowPrice per 1,000 rows
Free$0.005$0.003$3.00
Starter$0.005$0.003$3.00
Scale$0.005$0.0026$2.60
Business$0.005$0.0022$2.20
Platinum$0.005$0.0020$2.00
Diamond$0.005$0.0016$1.60

maxResults applies to each profile slug or detail URL; modes without a list have one input. The default is 70; larger requests are collected in parts of 70, subject to available data and page limits. All row types, including reviews, share the limit.

Free-plan runs are capped at 200 rows, with 10 runs of this Actor. Set Maximum cost per run (maxTotalChargeUsd in the API) to cap the whole run. This is a spending ceiling, not a promise of a particular row count.

Example: 3 delivered rows on the Free plan cost 3 × $0.003 + $0.005 = $0.014 at 1024 MB. A zero-row run has no row charges but still incurs the start fee.

What happens when the run timeout is too short

When the Actor accepts automatic continuation because the remaining time is too short, the run pauses rather than failing. Its status message starts with “Queued on the collection backend; this run will resume automatically when results are ready” and includes an estimated wait. The run can show ABORTED temporarily.

When results are ready, the same run resumes, writes remaining rows to the same dataset and finishes as SUCCEEDED if collection succeeds. Rows already delivered are skipped rather than delivered and charged again. A resumed delivery may report “Resumed: delivering N rows.” No manual restart is needed for this pause.

Automatic pauses are limited to at most 3 per run. Keep the default timeout of 3600 seconds to reduce the need for them. A manual abort or collection failure is not a successful automatic pause.

The synchronous API endpoints run-sync and run-sync-get-dataset-items wait at most 300 seconds and can return an empty dataset during a pause. For longer runs, start asynchronously and read the dataset after SUCCEEDED, or use a succeeded-event webhook.

Use with AI agents and the API

Apify MCP server

Use this remote server in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or another compatible MCP client:

https://mcp.apify.com?tools=lentic_clockss/allovoisins-scraper

Sign in with Apify through OAuth, or send Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>. The tool starts a run and returns run and dataset IDs; the agent reads rows with get-dataset-items.

For clients without remote-server support, run npx @apify/actors-mcp-server --tools lentic_clockss/allovoisins-scraper with APIFY_TOKEN set.

Example prompt: “Get 3 AlloVoisins cleaning providers in Lille using categorySlug=femme-de-menage; return names, ratings and profile URLs.”

Apify API

from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("lentic_clockss/allovoisins-scraper").call(
run_input={"citySlug": "lille", "categorySlug": "femme-de-menage", "maxResults": 3}
)
for row in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
print(row)
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: '<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>' });
const run = await client.actor('lentic_clockss/allovoisins-scraper').call({
citySlug: 'lille', categorySlug: 'femme-de-menage', maxResults: 3
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(items);

Over HTTP, send the input JSON to POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/lentic_clockss~allovoisins-scraper/runs with an Authorization: Bearer header. Read results using GET https://api.apify.com/v2/datasets/<datasetId>/items?format=json after completion.

FAQ

This Actor collects public data. You are responsible for checking the site's terms and applicable data-protection law. Public availability alone does not authorize every reuse; processing personal data requires a lawful basis.

Why did my run end as ABORTED?

Read its status message. An automatic continuation pause can temporarily show ABORTED and resume later. Manual aborts and other failures are different; check the timeout section and run logs before restarting.

How many results can I get?

maxResults accepts 1–5000 per input, but available rows, maxPages, plan limits and your spending ceiling can reduce delivery. A single profile without reviews normally yields one row, not the full limit.

Why are some fields empty?

A page may omit a registration number or contact detail. Provider emails and private street addresses are not supplied; phone numbers are usually absent. Profile details cannot reveal private contacts.

Can I collect Paris providers or demand threads?

Paris city/category lists are not supported. Use the Paris rental directory instead. /s/ demand threads and keyword /searches are not supported collection targets.

Why did I get zero rows?

The target may have no matches or be outside the supported pages. Inspect RUN_SUMMARY warnings, notices and any emptyReason. Zero rows can be a successful empty result, not a collection failure.

Are all catalog rows current?

No. Sitemap, metadata, theme and commune modes can return saved reference data marked dataSource=snapshot. Check snapshotFetchedAt where present; do not treat a run's collection time as proof of fresh source data.

Do I need an AlloVoisins account?

No. The Actor reads supported public pages without signing in. It does not expose private messages, login-only contacts or booking actions.

Limitations

  • France only; other country domains and separate help or professional portals are not supported products.
  • search, contact, map, login and demand are unavailable modes and return an explanation instead of rows.
  • Reviews require profile collection; they share the row budget and may be cut before the displayed review total.
  • pros is marketing content, and company-page contacts belong to AlloVoisins or its published contacts, not every provider.
  • Saved catalogs can be older than the run. No complete or current coverage count is promised.
  • Page limits and source changes can shorten results. Rows not yet written may be lost on forced termination.
