NoBroker Scraper — Indian flats and houses for rent and sale
Extract flats and houses for rent and sale from NoBroker.in (India) by city and listing type: rent or price, BHK, size, floor, locality, listing date, URL.
NoBroker.in is an Indian property site where owners list directly, without a broker. This Actor turns its city listings into a clean table: what the home is, what it costs, how big it is, which locality it is in, and when the listing went live.
Press Start. The defaults return flats for rent in Bangalore, with no configuration needed.
What a row looks like
{"title": "2 BHK Flat In Living Harmony for Rent In East Bangalore","price": 40000.0,"currency": "INR","listing_type": "rent","property_type": "apartment","bedrooms": 2,"layout": "2 BHK","living_area_sqm": 69.7,"floor": "1/3","address": "East Bangalore, Bangalore","district": "East Bangalore","city": "Bangalore","state": "Karnataka","seller_type": "private","posted_at": "2026-09-28","updated_at": "2026-09-28","image_urls": ["https://assets.nobroker.in/images/8aa9b295a07f13c601a07f42cbd71426/8aa9b295a07f13c601a07f42cbd71426_42970_859147_large.jpg"],"source_url": "https://www.nobroker.in/property/2-bhk-apartment-for-rent-in-siddapura-bangalore-for-rs-40000/8aa9b295a07f13c601a07f42cbd71426/detail","external_id": "8aa9b295a07f13c601a07f42cbd71426"}
price is the monthly rent for a rental and the asking price for a sale, both
in rupees.
Owners are never named
Almost every NoBroker listing is placed by a private owner. So this Actor
publishes no owner name, no phone number, no street or flat number and no map
point. The address is NoBroker's own locality name and the city, the way a
buyer would describe a home before a viewing. Owners sometimes type a full
street address, even a map code, into their listing's place; that text is
never published. Where the site's title or link repeats it, the title ends with
the site's locality instead, and the link is the site's own short link
(nobr.kr). agency stays empty and seller_type says
"private" wherever the listing's own plan marks an owner or seller.
Where a flat is in a named development, the listing title may carry the
society's name ("Living Harmony", "Adarsh Parkland"). The developer behind the
building is not the seller, so it is not put in agency.
Sizes and floors
NoBroker gives sizes in square feet. This Actor converts them to square metres
(1 sq ft = 0.0929 m²) so living_area_sqm means the same across every property
Actor in this catalogue. The figure is the size the owner entered, and a few
owners enter odd numbers.
bedrooms comes from the BHK count: a 2 BHK has 2 bedrooms. A one-room "1 RK"
has no bedroom count, and layout keeps the site's own notation either way.
floor is "floor/total", with 0 for the ground floor.
When a listing went live
posted_at is the day the listing went live or was last re-activated by its
owner. updated_at is the day it was last edited. Both are UTC dates.
NoBroker ranks its list rather than sorting it by date. With postedAfter or
sinceDays, the Actor drops older listings and stops after two pages in a row
with nothing that recent. The run report says so whenever it stops that way,
because a newer listing could still sit further back in the site's ranking.
What people use it for
Watching rents and asking prices by locality and BHK in Indian cities. Feeding a rental-price index or a relocation guide. Tracking how many owner-listed homes come to market each week. Research that needs rows rather than a map.
Input
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
location | A city, as NoBroker writes it: bangalore, mumbai, pune, chennai, hyderabad, delhi, gurgaon, noida. Required. |
listingType | rent or sale. |
propertyType | Which lists to walk, each its own search: apartment, house, villa, independent_floor. Leave empty for apartments. |
postedAfter | Only keep listings from this day on, e.g. 2026-09-20. Handy for daily runs that should return just what is new. |
sinceDays | The same, as a rolling window: 1 keeps yesterday and today, 7 the last week. Set it once on a scheduled task and never edit the date again. |
maxItems | Hard stop, so your bill is predictable. |
proxyConfiguration | Off by default. Most runs do not need one. |
How much one run returns
NoBroker serves 25 listings per page. On 29 September 2026 it had 49,505 flats
for rent and 10,755 for sale in Bangalore. A run pages through them until
maxItems is reached or the list ends, and removes duplicates within the run.
Pricing
$1.50 per 1,000 listings, dropping to $0.75 per 1,000 on higher Apify plans, plus $0.005 each time a run starts. Platform usage is not passed on to you.
You are charged for rows you actually receive. If you set a maximum charge for the run, it stops cleanly at that limit instead of overshooting it.
Scope and limits
Public listings only, from NoBroker's own city list pages
(/flats-for-rent-in-bangalore_bangalore and the like), which its robots.txt
allows. The site's app loads its search through an internal API that
robots.txt closes to crawlers; this Actor never calls it, and never opens a
listing's own page or the owner's contact flow.
Deposit, maintenance, furnishing and carpet area are not collected. Carpet area in particular is typed by owners and too often wrong to publish as a number.
NoBroker's page says which city, list and page it is. This Actor checks that against what you asked for. If they differ, the run fails rather than returning rows you did not ask for and charging you for them.
If NoBroker changes its page structure, the run goes red. It does not return zero rows and report success. A silent scraper is worse than a broken one, because you find out weeks later.
A run that is blocked or cut short partway also goes red, even though the rows it did collect are in the dataset and yours to keep. Red here means "this is not the complete answer", not "you lost the data". On a schedule, a run that quietly came back short is the thing you most need to hear about.
Every run also publishes the site's own result count next to the rows it delivered, so you can see "100 rows of 49,505 the site reports" without going back to the site to check. That number is what the site says, not a promise about what one run returns.
Same shape, other sites
This Actor shares its output shape with the other property Actors in this catalogue, among them atHome (Luxembourg), immowelt and Ohne-Makler (Germany), Willhaben Immobilien (Austria) and Rightmove (UK). A parser you write for one keeps working on the others.
