Costco Canada Product Scraper – Prices, Savings & Ratings

Exports costco.ca search results with online prices in CAD, regular price, savings and promotion text, rating, availability and category.

What it returns

For each product: item number, product id, name, brand, model, price, regular price, savings, promotion text, marketing text, price-in-cart-only flag, currency, rating and review count, availability, member-only flag, program types, feature bullets, category, link, image and listing start date.

How to use

  1. Add Keywords such as laptop, tv or kirkland coffee.
  2. Optionally choose a Sort order and the Language.
  3. Set Max products.

Input

FieldDescription
keywordsWords to search on costco.ca (e.g. laptop, tv, kirkland coffee).
sortResult order.
languageLanguage of product names.
maxItemsTotal products across all search terms (split evenly).
fetchAllIgnore Max products and save everything (up to 50,000).
proxyConfigurationApify residential proxy (Canada) is the default. Costco blocks many datacenter IPs.

Output

itemNumber, productId, name, brand, model, price, regularPrice, savings, promoText, marketingText, priceInCartOnly, currency, rating, reviewCount, availability, memberOnly, programTypes, features, category, url, image, startDate, searchQuery, position.

Example:

{"itemNumber": "2160316", "name": "HP OmniBook 3 16-in Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Core Ultra 5 225U - 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD.", "brand": "HP", "price": 999.97, "regularPrice": 999.97, "savings": null, "rating": 4.33, "availability": "IN_STOCK", "url": "https://www.costco.ca/p/-/hp-omnibook-3-16-in-touchscreen-laptop-intel-core-ultra-5-225u---16gb-ram-512gb-ssd/4201015543"}

In a 48-item test run, every field was filled for at least 90% of items except: rating 88%, reviewCount 88%, model 60%, features 42%, savings 31%, marketingText 31%, promoText 15%. Empty fields mean the site did not show that value.

Notes

  • Prices are costco.ca online prices. Warehouse prices can differ.
  • Some items show their price only in the cart; priceInCartOnly marks them.
  • Very broad terms such as tv are sent by costco.ca to a category page instead of search results; the ERRORS record names that page. Use a more specific term such as samsung tv or 65 inch tv.
  • Costco blocks many datacenter IPs, so a Canadian residential proxy is the default. Each failed request is retried on a new proxy session, and a page gets a second round of fresh sessions before it is reported in the ERRORS record.
