OSFI Regulated Institutions & Pension Plans – Canada
Canada's federally regulated banks, insurers, trust and loan companies and federally registered pension plans from OSFI open data. Contact names and street addresses removed; reduced, not anonymous.
What it does
Reads OSFI's "Who we regulate" open data and returns two lists in one dataset:
institutions: federally regulated financial institutions such as banks, foreign bank branches, life and P&C insurers, trust and loan companies, cooperative credit associations and fraternal benefit societies (~345).pensionPlans: federally registered pension plans, with plan name, registration number and sponsor (~1,000).
Both CSVs are hosted on open.canada.ca. The Actor makes at most 2 downloads per run, 20 seconds apart.

Testmarsh Transport Limited"). These are kept.
