What you get

App metadata: title, developer, score, total ratings & reviews, installs, price, genre, content rating, current version, last-updated, ad-supported, icon, URL.
Rating histogram (1–5 star counts) + derived signals: positiveRatePct (4–5★), negativeRatePct (1–2★), recentReviewAvg (average score of the newest reviews — an early warning when sentiment turns).
Recent reviews: user, score, title, text, thumbs-up, app version, date, developer reply.

Provide appIds (Google Play package names) and/or searchTerms (top apps per term are added). Set maxReviewsPerApp: 0 for metadata + signals only.

Output

Two record types in the dataset: one app row per app (metadata + histogram + signals) and one review row per fetched review. A run summary is stored as the run's OUTPUT.

Recurring use (the monitoring angle)

Schedule it daily/weekly to build rating- and sentiment-history per app: spot rating drops, review-volume spikes, and version-change sentiment before they show up in the store's rounded average.
