For resellers, price-watchers and fashion-data teams who need the current price and status of specific Vinted listings. Give it a list of Vinted item URLs from any country site and it returns one row per item: price, currency, brand, size, condition, colour, favourites, availability, photo and description - read from the item's own public page. Turn on change mode (onlyChangedSinceLastRun) and run it on a schedule, and you only receive the items whose price or availability changed since the last run, plus a one-time removed row when an item sells or is deleted - and send those changes to Discord, Telegram, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, your phone (ntfy/Pushover) or any app via webhook as price-drop and sold alerts.

Pay-per-result: $0.001 per item - 1,000 items = $1. No start fee, and unchanged items in change mode are not charged.

No login. No seller or member data is ever collected.

Quick start (1 minute)

  1. Open the Input tab and paste one or more Vinted item URLs - the page address of a listing, from vinted.co.uk, vinted.fr, vinted.de or any other Vinted country site.
  2. Click Start, then export the dataset to CSV/Excel/JSON or pull it through the API shown below.
{
"itemUrls": [
"https://www.vinted.co.uk/items/10097877124-stone-island-blwck-overshirt-xxl"
],
"maxItems": 100
}

That prefilled example reads one item and costs $0.001.

Example output

One item row from a real run against vinted.co.uk:

{
"itemId": "10097877124",
"url": "https://www.vinted.co.uk/items/10097877124-stone-island-blwck-overshirt-xxl",
"domain": "www.vinted.co.uk",
"country": "uk",
"title": "Stone Island Blwck Overshirt XXL",
"brand": "Stone Island",
"price": 125,
"currency": "GBP",
"availability": "InStock",
"available": true,
"condition": "Very good",
"itemCondition": "UsedCondition",
"category": "Men Shackets",

"description": "24PTP",
"status": "available",
"changedFields": null,
"scrapedAt": "2026-10-03T08:00:00.000Z"
}

price is the item price as listed, before Vinted's buyer-protection fee and shipping. In change mode the same row also tells you what moved - this is what a later run delivers if the seller had dropped the price (illustrative, not a real price change):

{
"itemId": "10097877124",

}

An item that has been sold or deleted (Vinted answers 404 for its URL) is delivered once as "status": "removed". Only itemId, url, domain, country and scrapedAt are known for it - price, title and every other item field are null.

What people use it for

  • Track the price of Vinted items you are watching. Paste the listings you are tracking, schedule a daily run in change mode, and get a row only when a seller drops (or raises) the price.
  • Know when a Vinted listing has sold. A sold or deleted item comes back once as removed, so you can drop it from a watchlist, a price comparison or a competitor-pricing sheet without checking by hand.
  • Monitor competing resale listings and your own. Check that your own listings are still live and priced as intended, or follow comparable items' prices to price yours - across Vinted's country sites in the same run.

Track price and availability changes on a schedule

Change mode turns the Actor into a change feed. Every run after the first delivers - and charges for - only items whose price or availability changed since the previous run. A new description, an extra photo or a different favourites count is not a change and costs nothing.

  1. Save this as a Task (a list of the items you care about, with change mode on):
{
"itemUrls": [
"https://www.vinted.co.uk/items/10097877124-stone-island-blwck-overshirt-xxl"
],
"onlyChangedSinceLastRun": true,
"maxItems": 500
}
  1. Add a Schedule (hourly, daily - Vinted listings can sell within hours, so pick what fits).
  2. The first run is a baseline: it delivers every item (they are all new to the tracker, changedFields is ["firstSeen"]) and remembers them. You are charged normally for that run.
  3. Every later run delivers only what changed. changedFields lists which tracked fields moved: price, availability, status (removed, or back after being removed) or firstSeen.
  4. Get the changes pushed to you: add a destination in Notifications (optional) - see "Get alerts in Discord, Telegram, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, your phone (ntfy/Pushover) or any app (webhook)" below - or attach a Webhook for ACTOR.RUN.SUCCEEDED (or an Integration: Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets) so changes reach your script as soon as a run finds them.

A run where nothing changed succeeds with an empty dataset and charges nothing; the run's status message says so, e.g. "Checked 2 of 2 item URL(s). 2 unchanged. Nothing to deliver or charge."

State is kept per Vinted country site in a named key-value store (stateStoreName, default vinted-item-tracker-state), so it survives between runs. Use another name to keep separate histories for separate tasks, or delete the store to start over with a fresh baseline.

Get alerts in Discord, Telegram, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, your phone (ntfy/Pushover) or any app (webhook)

Want a Vinted price drop alert or a "this item sold" ping in the app you already use? Alerts work in change mode (onlyChangedSinceLastRun): add one or more destinations in the Actor's Notifications (optional) section and each scheduled run sends the price changes, sold items and removed items it just delivered. It is a monitor that notifies you: it never buys anything, messages sellers or logs in to Vinted, and the messages go only to the places you set up.

Fill in as many as you like; each channel works on its own and a failing one never stops the others.

Setup, channel by channel

  • Discord (1 minute): Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → pick the channel → Copy Webhook URL.
  • Telegram (2 minutes): chat with @BotFather, send /newbot, paste the token into telegramBotToken. Add the bot to the chat or channel (administrator for a channel; for a chat with yourself press Start on the bot). telegramChatId is a numeric id (123456789, or -1001234567890 for a group or channel) or a public @channelusername.
  • Slack: at api.slack.com/apps create an app (From scratch) → Incoming Webhooks → switch it on → Add New Webhook to Workspace → pick the channel → copy the https://hooks.slack.com/services/... URL.
  • Mattermost or Rocket.Chat: create an incoming webhook in the app and paste its public https:// URL into slackCompatibleWebhookUrl. It must be reachable from the internet: localhost, private IP addresses and .local / .internal names are rejected.
  • Microsoft Teams: in the channel open ... → Workflows → Post to a channel when a webhook request is received → finish the wizard and copy the URL (a host ending in .logic.azure.com or .powerplatform.com). The old "Office 365 connector" webhooks are retired and not supported.
  • Google Chat: in the space open Apps & integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook, name it and copy the https://chat.googleapis.com/v1/spaces/... URL (needs a Google Workspace account that allows webhooks).
  • ntfy (free, no account): install the ntfy app (or open ntfy.sh), subscribe to a topic with a long random name, and put the same name in ntfyTopic. Anyone who knows the topic can read it, so make it unguessable. Own server or a protected topic: set ntfyServer (public https:// address) and ntfyToken.
  • Pushover: copy your user key from pushover.net into pushoverUserKey, create an application at pushover.net/apps/build and put its API token in pushoverAppToken. Pushover itself is a separate paid app after its trial: check their pricing.
  • Any app (webhook): paste the catch-hook URL from Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, IFTTT or Home Assistant into webhookUrl. It must be a public https:// address.

The recipe: price drop and sold alerts in five steps

  1. Paste the Vinted item URLs you are watching into itemUrls.
  2. Turn on onlyChangedSinceLastRun.
  3. Add your destination(s) from the table above.
  4. Run it once. The first run is the baseline: it remembers every item and sends no alert (the status message says so).
  5. Create a Schedule (hourly or daily: Vinted items can sell within hours). From then on a run only sends an alert when something changed.
{
"itemUrls": [
"https://www.vinted.co.uk/items/10097877124-stone-island-blwck-overshirt-xxl"
],
"onlyChangedSinceLastRun": true,
"maxItems": 500,
"telegramBotToken": "<token from @BotFather>",
"telegramChatId": "123456789"
}

The generic webhook (webhookUrl)

Each run sends one POST per 100 delivered rows (so usually one) with this body, followed by whatever your tool does with it:

{
"source": "apify",
"actor": "vinted-item-tracker",
"runId": "HG7ML7M8z78YcAPEB",
"count": 2,
"total": 2,
"part": 1,
"parts": 1,
"items": [ { "...": "the full dataset rows" } ]
}

count is the number of rows in this POST, total the number delivered in the run, and part / parts number the POSTs when a run delivers more than 100 rows. For price changes each item also carries previousPrice and previousCurrency (the last price the change feed saw), which the dataset rows do not have. maxNotifications does not cap the webhook: your tool gets every delivered row. Your endpoint should answer with a 2xx status; redirects are not followed and a failure is reported in the run status, never retried in a loop.

What each alert says

The title says what changed: Price drop: £12.00 → £9.00 — <item title>, Price rise: ..., Sold: <item title> (the page now reports it out of stock), Removed: <item title> (Vinted answered 404: sold or deleted, with the last price the tracker saw), or Back on sale: <item title>. It also shows the current price, the old price, brand, size, condition, favourites, the photo (where the channel shows one) and a link to the item. A removed item has no title on Vinted, so the title is read from the words in its URL. Only changes are sent: the first-run baseline, unchanged items and a plain (non-change-mode) run send nothing.

What to expect

  • Only delivered item changes are sent. A run where nothing changed sends nothing, so there is no "nothing new" spam. Rows the run could not deliver (for example because your spending limit was reached) are not sent.
  • maxNotifications (default 25, max 100) caps how many item changes go to chat and phone channels per run (the webhook is not capped). The rest are still in the dataset and the status message says so. ntfy and Pushover send at most 10 individual pushes, then one "...and N more" summary.
  • Cost: notifications are free. You pay only $0.001 per delivered row, exactly as without alerts. There is no extra charge for any channel.
  • Failures never fail the run. A deleted webhook or an unreachable service leaves the run successful and the dataset complete, and the status message says what happened, for example Notified: Discord 12, Slack 12, ntfy 10 (+summary). Teams failed (HTTP 404) - check the webhook URL. The logs show the channel name and HTTP status only, never a URL or token.
  • Your URLs, tokens and ntfy topic are stored as secret inputs. Anyone holding a webhook URL can post to that channel, so treat it like a password.
  • It is a monitor that notifies you. It never buys anything, messages sellers or logs in to Vinted, and the messages go only to the destinations you set up.

How it works

For each URL the Actor:

  1. Cleans the URL up to https://www.vinted.<country>/items/<id>-<title> (query strings, trailing slashes and a missing www. are fixed; the country site you gave is kept) and reads each item only once, however many times it appears.
  2. Reads that site's robots.txt once per country site and skips any path it disallows, saying so in the run status.
  3. Reads the item's public page. Price, currency, brand, availability, condition type, category, colour, photo and description come from the page's structured product data; size, Vinted's condition grade, the favourites count and the reserved flag come from the item's own details on the same page.
  4. Delivers one flat row per item, charging only for rows it actually delivers.

It reads politely - about one request every 2 seconds per country site, with an honest, self-identifying User-Agent - and reports a site that blocks it as blocked instead of working around it. Different country sites are read without waiting on each other.

Output fields

CategoryFields
IdentityitemId, url, domain, country
Itemtitle, brand, category, colour, size, condition, itemCondition, description (cut to 2,000 characters), imageUrl
Priceprice, currency
Availabilityavailability, available, reserved, favouritesCount
Statusstatus (available / removed), changedFields (change mode), scrapedAt

Missing values are null. Nothing is invented: currency is only filled in when the page states it, size and favouritesCount are null when the page does not show them, and a removed item has null in every item field.

Use it as an API

from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN")
run = client.actor("lukehunter/vinted-item-tracker").call(
run_input={
"itemUrls": ["https://www.vinted.co.uk/items/10097877124-stone-island-blwck-overshirt-xxl"],
"onlyChangedSinceLastRun": True,
}
)
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
print(item["title"], item["price"], item["status"], item["changedFields"])

Pricing and cost control

Pay per delivered row.

$0.001 per item - 1,000 items = $1.

Rows deliveredCost
1$0.001
100$0.10
1,000$1.00
5,000$5.00

Alerts to Discord, Telegram, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, ntfy, Pushover and webhooks are free: you pay only for delivered rows, never for messages sent.

There is no charge for starting a run, and none for a URL that is blocked, skipped by robots.txt, invalid or not an item page. A removed item (Vinted answers 404) is a real answer and is charged like any row. In change mode, unchanged items are not charged. maxItems is a hard upper bound on cost, and the Actor never delivers a row your run's maximum-cost setting cannot pay for.

Limitations

  • Only the items you list. This Actor does not search Vinted or crawl a catalog. To find listings by keyword or filter, use Vinted Scraper.
  • No seller or member data, by design. It only collects listing (item) fields. It never collects seller usernames, profile links, avatars, locations or ratings, and never fetches a /member/ page (Vinted's own robots.txt disallows it, and this Actor would not fetch it even if it didn't).
  • Item URLs only. A bare item ID does not say which country's Vinted to ask, so paste the full item URL; member profile and catalog URLs are rejected.
  • "Removed" means Vinted answered 404: the item was sold or deleted (or the URL is wrong). Vinted does not say which. If an item page ever reports a stock state other than InStock, availability says so while status stays available, because the page still exists.
  • No view counts, no "was" price. Neither is shown on the item pages this Actor reads, so neither is collected. Tracked changes are price and availability only.
  • Prices are the item price as listed, before Vinted's buyer-protection fee and shipping. Text fields such as condition, colour and category are in the language of the country site you read.
  • Vinted may block automated requests. If a country site answers 403 or serves a challenge page instead of the item, this Actor reports that site as blocked in the run status, charges nothing for it, and stops sending it requests for the rest of the run. It does not use proxies, rotate identities, solve CAPTCHAs or try to get around a block.
  • robots.txt is respected. A site that disallows an item path is skipped and reported, and a robots.txt that cannot be read means the site is skipped rather than read without confirmed permission.
  • Alerts need change mode. A normal run delivers every item, not changes, so it sends no alerts; the first change-mode run is the baseline and sends none either.
  • Change mode compares against the last successful run. The first run delivers everything. Changes that happen and revert between two runs are not seen.
  • Reads about 1 item per 2 seconds per country site, so 1,000 items from one site take roughly 35 minutes. Items on different country sites are not delayed against each other.
  • This is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vinted. You are responsible for using the collected data in line with Vinted's terms and applicable law.

Use it from your code, Make, Zapier or n8n

Built for automated pipelines: small runs, stable field names, one row per item, and you pay only for rows actually delivered.

Schedules, webhooks and no-code tools: save your input as a Task, add a Schedule (e.g. hourly or daily), and attach a webhook or one of the Integrations tab's connectors (Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack) to push each run's results into your own system.

Only new items each run: set "onlyChangedSinceLastRun": true on a scheduled Task and every run after the first delivers, and charges for, only items it hasn't delivered before for that same input. That makes it a ready-made change feed.

Reliability: an automated test runs this Actor's parser against the live site every day, and failures are fixed fast.

Feedback: an honest rating on the Store page, good or bad, helps others decide if this Actor fits their needs. Missing a field or found a problem? Open an issue on the Actor page.

FAQ

Does it work on every Vinted country site?

It reads item URLs from any Vinted country site - vinted.co.uk, vinted.fr, vinted.de, vinted.es, vinted.it, vinted.pl, vinted.com and the rest - and keeps the country in the domain and country fields. You can mix countries in one run.

How do I only get the items whose price changed?

Set onlyChangedSinceLastRun to true and put the Actor on a schedule - see "Track price and availability changes on a schedule" above. The first run delivers everything and remembers it; later runs deliver only changes, and unchanged items are free.

What counts as a change?

A change in price or availability. Anything else on the item page (description, photos, favourites, reservation) is ignored.

What happens when an item sells or is deleted?

Vinted answers 404 for the URL. The Actor delivers the item once with "status": "removed" and then stays quiet about it. If the URL works again, you get a row with changedFields: ["status"].

Can I pass an item ID instead of a URL?

No. An ID alone does not say which country's Vinted the item is on, so the Actor needs the full item URL.

Does it collect seller names or profiles?

No. Seller usernames, profiles, avatars and locations are never collected and member pages are never requested.

Can I pass URLs with tracking parameters?

Yes. Query strings and fragments are removed, and the same item listed twice is only read - and charged - once.

Can I get Vinted price drop alerts?

Yes. Turn on onlyChangedSinceLastRun, add a destination (discordWebhookUrl, telegramBotToken + telegramChatId, slackWebhookUrl, teamsWebhookUrl, googleChatWebhookUrl, ntfyTopic, pushoverUserKey + pushoverAppToken or webhookUrl) and put the Actor on a schedule. Each run sends a message such as Price drop: £12.00 → £9.00 — <item title> for every item whose price changed, and Sold: <item title> for every item that sold. It only notifies you: it does not buy items or message sellers. See the alerts section above.

Can I get Vinted alerts by email?

Not natively. There are two routes. (1) Set webhookUrl to a Zapier, Make or n8n catch hook and add an email or Gmail step: the webhook delivers every row as JSON, so the email can list the items. (2) Apify's own run integrations and run notifications can email you when a run finishes, but they only send a link to the run or dataset, not the changes themselves. For instant alerts without building anything, Telegram, ntfy or Pushover reach your phone directly.

Can I get Vinted alerts in WhatsApp?

Not natively, and we do not use unofficial WhatsApp APIs, which risk getting your number banned. The official route is the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) with its own business account, message templates and pricing: point webhookUrl at a Zapier, Make or n8n flow that calls it. For free phone alerts use Telegram or ntfy instead.
