Company or establishment name to search for. Use % as wildcard (e.g., 'walmart', 'amazon%'). Leave empty to search all.
Two-letter state code to filter by (e.g., 'CA', 'TX', 'NY'). Leave empty for all states.
Start date for inspection date range filter (format: MM/DD/YYYY).
End date for inspection date range filter (format: MM/DD/YYYY).
If true, only return inspections that have violations.
Fetch detailed violation info for each inspection (slower, makes additional requests).
