Scrape LinkedIn companies and find verified public employee profiles without risking your account. No login, no cookies, no session token. Paste company, school, or showcase-page links and get company details, employee profiles, size, industry, location, followers, recent posts, and more, ready for Excel, CSV, or JSON.

🏢 What it does

Give it a list of LinkedIn organization pages to look up. You can use:

  • Company links
  • School links
  • Showcase-page links
  • Company handles
  • LinkedIn organization IDs

You get one clean row per organization with its name, description, website, industry, company size, head office, follower count, LinkedIn URL, and other public details. You can also discover verified public employee profiles for each organization (name, headline, profile URL), with every match confirmed against the organization and tagged with a confidence level, making it easier to move from company research to finding the right people.

Switch on optional extras when you also need employees, recent posts, or affiliated LinkedIn pages.

📋 How to use it

Step 1: Add the organizations

Paste LinkedIn company, school, or showcase links into the first field.

https://www.linkedin.com/company/microsoft/
https://www.linkedin.com/school/harvard-university/
https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/aws-ai/

You can mix all three page types in the same run.

If you already know the company handle or LinkedIn organization ID, you can use the separate advanced input fields instead. If you are unsure, paste the full LinkedIn link.

Step 2: Choose what to collect

Every organization includes its core public details by default:

  • Name and page type
  • Description and slogan
  • Website and domain
  • Industry and company type
  • Company size
  • Associated LinkedIn members
  • Head office and other locations
  • Followers and founding year
  • Logo and LinkedIn URL

Switch on optional extras when you need them:

  • Employees. Adds public LinkedIn profiles associated with the organization.
  • Recent posts. Adds the recent posts LinkedIn shows publicly.
  • Affiliated pages. Adds related LinkedIn pages connected to the organization.

Each add-on increases run time. Employee scraping significantly increases run time, especially when processing many organizations or collecting a large employee list.

Step 3: Press Start and download

Rows appear in the Output tab as organizations are processed. When the run finishes, download the results as Excel, CSV, or JSON, or retrieve them through the Apify API.

Example output

{
"status": "success",
"name": "Microsoft",
"pageType": "company",
"description": "A public company description from LinkedIn.",
"website": "https://www.microsoft.com/",
"domain": "microsoft.com",
"industry": "Software Development",
"employeeRange": "10,001+",
"linkedinEmployeeCount": 232214,
"headquarters": "Redmond, Washington, United States",
"followers": 25000000,
"foundedYear": 1975,
"universalName": "microsoft",
"organizationId": "1035",
"linkedinUrl": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/microsoft",
"employees": [
{
"name": "Satya Nadella",

"confidence": "high"
}
],
"scrapedAt": "2026-09-12T00:00:00.000Z"
}

Employees, recent posts, and affiliated pages join the same row when you switch on those extras.

💎 Add-ons

Add-ons are off by default. Switch them on only when you need them. Each add-on increases run time, and employee scraping increases it significantly.

  • Employees. Adds verified public LinkedIn employee profiles associated with each organization, including name, headline, profile URL, and follower count. Available for company pages only. Employee scraping significantly increases run time.
  • Recent posts. Adds publicly available recent posts as a list inside each organization row.
  • Affiliated pages. Adds publicly available affiliated pages as a list inside each organization row.

An organization may have no public employees, posts, or affiliated pages. In that case, the relevant list is empty.

📊 What you get

The Output tab groups the same results into simple views:

TabWhat it contains
📌 OverviewName, industry, company size, associated members, followers, head office, website, and LinkedIn link
🏢 CompanyDescription, slogan, type, specialties, founding year, domain, and logo
👥 EmployeesPublic employee profiles associated with the organization when enabled
📍 LocationsHead office and other public locations
📰 Posts & affiliated pagesRecent posts and affiliated LinkedIn pages when enabled
🔎 IDs & statusOriginal input, LinkedIn IDs, page type, status, and scrape time

The All fields tab contains every field in the dataset.

Every row has a status. A value of success means the organization was found. Other values include a plain-language statusMessage explaining what happened.

📧 Need employee emails or phone numbers?

This Actor finds verified public employee profiles but does not return company inboxes or employee emails.

To collect emails and phone numbers that people publish on their own LinkedIn profiles, use the LinkedIn Profile Scraper API.

💰 Pricing

Every field and add-on is included at no extra charge during the free-launch period.

💡 Good to know

  • No LinkedIn account is needed. The Actor never asks for your login, cookies, or session token.
  • Full LinkedIn links are easiest. Use the handle and organization-ID fields only when you already have those values.
  • Company size and associated members are different. Company size is the range published by the organization. The associated-member count shows how many LinkedIn members connect themselves to that page.
  • Employee availability varies. The employee list contains only public profiles that LinkedIn associates with the organization and makes available at run time.
  • Some fields may be empty. LinkedIn pages do not all publish the same information.
  • Some numeric IDs cannot be resolved publicly. If that happens, use the full LinkedIn page link instead.
  • Each organization appears once. Duplicate inputs are merged automatically.
  • Your results stay in your Apify dataset. Retention depends on your Apify plan.

❓ FAQ

Do I need a LinkedIn account or cookies?

No. The Actor uses publicly available organization data and never asks you to log in.

What LinkedIn pages can I scrape?

Public company, school, and showcase pages.

Can it list a company’s employees?

Yes. Switch on the Employees add-on to include public LinkedIn profiles associated with each organization. Availability depends on what LinkedIn makes public. Employee scraping significantly increases run time.

Can I paste different page types together?

Yes. Company, school, and showcase links can be mixed in one run.

Can I use a company handle instead of a full link?

Yes. For example, use microsoft for linkedin.com/company/microsoft. Full links are recommended when you are unsure.

Why did a numeric organization ID return no company?

Some IDs cannot be matched reliably using public data. Paste the organization’s full LinkedIn page link instead.

Does it return employee emails?

No. Use the LinkedIn Profile Scraper API to collect contact details people publish on their own profiles.

Can I use it with n8n, Make, or the API?

Yes. It uses the standard Apify API and datasets, so it can be connected to n8n, Make, Zapier, MCP clients, or your own application.
