French BODACC Legal Notices

Collect the legal notices published in the BODACC, the official French bulletin of commercial announcements: new business creations, insolvency proceedings, sales of businesses, deregistrations, modifications and filed accounts. Filter by publication date, department, notice family and company name. Get flat JSON, CSV or Excel with the company name, SIREN, address, activity, court, judgment details and a link to the original notice.

Use cases

• Lead generation. Newly created companies need accountants, banks, insurers, web agencies and software. Contact them in their first weeks.

Output

Each item has: id, publicationDate, family, familyLabel, noticeType, name, personType, siren, legalForm, city, postalCode, department, court, judgmentNature, judgmentDate and noticeUrl (link to the original notice).

Pricing

Pay per event: a small start fee per run plus a fee per notice returned (notice-result). You only pay for items returned.

Limits

• Data comes from the public BODACC open data published by the French administration (Licence Ouverte). The Actor scans one publication day at a time, newest first.
• Notices carry no email addresses or phone numbers. The Actor does not invent or scrape them.
• The list families defaults to creation. A run without dates covers the last 7 days. The maximum range is 400 days per run.
• Some fields exist only for some notice families (for example judgment details only for insolvency notices).

Sole traders and personal data

By default the Actor returns only notices about legal entities. Notices about natural persons (sole traders) contain personal data. Enable includeIndividuals only if you have a lawful basis under the GDPR, inform the people concerned and honour objections. You are responsible for your use of the data.
