Give it a list of VINs and get back decoded vehicle specs, recall campaigns and complaint counts from official US government data (NHTSA vPIC, Recalls and Complaints APIs). Export as JSON, CSV or Excel. Useful for dealers, fleet managers and used-car buyers who need to check many vehicles at once.

One dataset item per successfully decoded VIN:

$0.01 per result (one decoded VIN). Invalid or undecodable VINs are skipped and not charged.
Limits and notes
- Recalls and complaints are looked up by the decoded make, model and model year. NHTSA's public API does not expose per-VIN remedy status, so confirm whether a specific vehicle's recall is still open at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
- Mainly covers vehicles sold in the US; non-US VINs may fail to decode.
- Requests are rate limited (about 3 per second) and use an identifying User-Agent. Data is public US government open data.
- Invalid VINs (wrong length, or containing I, O, Q) are skipped with a log warning.
