How it works

1. You provide one or more Map Your Show exhibitor-gallery URLs.
2. The actor opens a session on each show and reads its exhibitor search API, paging through the full list.
3. For each exhibitor it fetches the profile page and extracts the contact block (website, phone, address, socials).
4. If email discovery is on, it crawls the exhibitor's own website for addresses.
5. Each exhibitor is written to the dataset as one row, ready to export as JSON, CSV or Excel.

FAQ

Which shows work? Any event whose directory is hosted on mapyourshow.com. Copy the exhibitor-gallery URL from the show's site.

Do exhibitor emails always come back? No — email discovery is best-effort. It crawls each exhibitor's own website, so exhibitors without a website, or whose site publishes no address, return no email. That is a property of the source data, not a fault in the run.

Will phone/address always be present? Most exhibitors fill these in, but some leave fields blank on their profile. Missing fields come back as null rather than a guess.

Can I scrape several shows at once? Yes. Add every gallery URL to the input and the results are merged, each row tagged with its show.
