Rently Scraper — US Rentals + Contacts from Any PM Site

Turn any Rently listings URL into structured vacancies — including office contact fields when publicly available. Paste a tenant URL and get one row per unit: rent, beds, baths, address, lat/lng (when available), photos, apply/showing URL, and contact phone/email.

Why Use This Scraper?

• URL-in, live scrape. Point it at a manager's own Rently site. Not a weekly national dump.
• Contacts when public. custom_phone / marketing_phone (and cc_email when set) from the public propertyDetails API.
• No login, no browser. Cheerio / HTTP only. Proxy optional.

Overview

One dataset row per vacancy on the URL you pasted. Typical use: lead-gen or inventory jobs that already have property-manager websites.

How It Works

Maps start URLs onto Rently's public AWS API (searchQueryNew + propertyDetails). HTML is a SPA shell — the actor uses the JSON API directly.

1. Paste one or more tenant listing URLs.
2. The actor reads vacancies (HTML and/or public JSON APIs).
3. With scrapeDetails on (default), it enriches each row with contact fields and extra photos.
4. It stops at maxItems. One row per vacancy.

Output Overview

Each row is one vacancy. Index fields (rent, beds, address, photo) are present when the source exposes them. Phone/email require scrapeDetails: true and public availability.
