Facebook Page Comparison

You want to know how your page really compares to the others.

Feed it one export from any Facebook posts scraper. It compares every page in that export side by side — posting cadence, engagement per post, what performed and what did not — and hands back a self-contained HTML report you can send to a client unedited.

Duplicates are removed before anything is counted. Coverage is stated. And where data is missing, the report says missing: it never fills a gap with a zero, because a zero is a claim and an absence is not. A comparison built on quietly-zeroed gaps will tell you a competitor collapsed in March when in fact the scrape simply stopped.

The first 250 posts of every run are analyzed free.

What you get

1. The HTML report (saved to the run's storage, linked in the results): dark console design — coverage statement first, per-page KPI cards with "% of compared set", a head-to-head table with best-in-column highlighting, posting-cadence bars, top posts with links, and a closing section titled "what this report does not claim".
2. Structured results in two dataset views: Comparison summary (coverage, dedup, billing transparency) and Per-page metrics (one row per page).

The honesty rules, enforced in code

• Coverage stated on every report — how many pages, how many unique posts, which input format was detected, what was excluded and why.
• Absent fields render as "—", never zero. A page whose rows carry no shares count is not a page with zero shares.
• Shorter scrape windows are flagged (⚠), not hidden — per-week rates stay comparable, totals are declared incomparable.
• Dateless posts are included in totals, excluded from time-axes, and counted.
• Duplicates are removed before counting — and before billing.
• Unrecognized formats: a generic field mapper takes over and says so; if too little maps, the run refuses with a clear message instead of producing a hollow report.

Permissions, stated plainly

This Actor requests full permissions for one reason: to read the dataset ID you point it at. It writes only to its own run storage. It never modifies, deletes, or reads anything else in your account.
