Field notes

• unitPrice vs minPrice. unitPrice is the price of a single unit; minPrice is the cheapest tier, which usually requires buying several. priceTiers lists the whole ladder.
• isPrescription marks products that need a valid prescription. isOtc marks the store's special over-the-counter handling.
• ndc is the National Drug Code, gpi the Generic Product Identifier and gcn the Generic Code Number — use them to join rows to a drug database.
• strength and dosageUnit are separate (100 + ml), and unitCount / unitType describe the package (10 in a Box).
• description and shortDescription come back as plain text, with the store's HTML markup removed.
• sourceType / sourceValue record where a row came from — the category path, the search term or the product URL.
• Turning off Include full product details drops everything from unitPrice and priceTiers down through the description: those fields are left out of the row rather than reported as empty.

Frequently asked questions

Can I scrape the whole catalog? Yes. Set the departments you want (or all of them), turn on Include subcategories and raise Maximum products. The whole store is roughly 7,500 products.

How fast is it? About 500 products a minute with full details, and considerably faster with details turned off.

Do I need a proxy or an account? No. There is no login, and the defaults are ready to run.

Does it get prices for prescription drugs? Yes — cash prices as the store publishes them, including the quantity discount tiers. No insurance pricing is involved.

Can I monitor price changes? Run it on a schedule and compare unitPrice between runs. sku, upc and ndc all work as stable join keys.

Why did a run return fewer products than I asked for? The category simply ran out of matching products. The log always reports how many were checked and how many the filters left out.
