Pricing
Address matched
Charged once for each Australian address resolved to a property: the property identifier and geographic identifier, the provider's own match score so a confident match is distinguishable from a guess, the full address broken into unit, lot, street number, street name, street type, suburb, state and postcode, and the coordinates. Text that matches no single property is not charged.

Property record returned
Charged once for each property read: the address and coordinates, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, land, floor and living area, property type, roof and wall type, year built, land use and feature list, each carrying the date the provider sourced it where one exists, the parcel plan and lot numbers, the market status as the list it is because a property can be for sale and for rent at once, the active listings with their identifiers and advertised prices, and the most recent sale with its source and whether its price is suppressed. Property identifiers the provider does not recognise are not charged.

Planning record returned
Charged once for each property's planning and zoning record, with each field carrying its source date where the provider supplies one. Properties with no planning data are not charged.
$10.00
/ 1,000
Tenure record returned
Charged once for each historical tenure period on a property: the tenure type and the dates it ran between. Properties with no tenure history are not charged.
$6.00
/ 1,000
Recorded sale returned
Charged once for each recorded sale: the property and its address and coordinates, the sale value alongside an explicit flag for whether that price is suppressed, the transaction, contract and transfer dates, the transfer type, the listing it came from with its days on market, the bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, land area, property type and land use at the time, and the source that reported it. The source is a first class column because a Valuer General registered transfer and an agent-advised sale are different claims with different lags. Searches that match nothing are not charged.
$8.00
/ 1,000
Listing returned
Charged once for each sale or rental listing: its identifier and the property behind it, the listing type, status and source, the advertised price description, the date it was first seen, auction date and time where there is one, the description, video link and energy efficiency rating, the image and attachment counts, a direct link to the statement of information where one is attached, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, land and floor area, property type, year built and features. Searches that match nothing are not charged.
$8.00
/ 1,000
Valuation returned
Charged once for each automated valuation ordered: whether it values a sale or a rental and under which product, the valuation identifier and date, the estimated value with its lower and upper range, the forecast standard deviation that says how wide the estimate really is, the confidence level and your own reference. Properties the model will not value are not charged. Note that ordering a valuation also consumes whatever your agreement with the provider charges for one.
$20.00
/ 1,000
Auction result returned
Charged once for each auction result in an area and period: the auction date, the suburb, state and postcode it covers, and the result figures the provider publishes for it. Areas and periods with no auctions are not charged.
$6.00
/ 1,000
Market metric returned
Charged once for each reported period of a market metric: the metric name and the family it was read from, because median days on market is published in both the sale and rental families and means something different in each, the property type, suburb, state and postcode it covers, the period it runs between, the value and the sample size behind it. Metrics the provider does not publish for that area or period are not charged.
$6.00
/ 1,000
Demographic measure returned
Charged once for each census demographic measure for an area: the measure name, its value both as published and parsed to a number where it is one, and the suburb, state and postcode it describes. Areas with no demographic data are not charged.
