Output
One row per event: id, time, lastUpdate, magnitude,
magnitudeType, region, depthKm, latitude, longitude, eventType,
authority, sourceCatalog.
Notes
- The response is GeoJSON, whose
geometry.coordinatesare[longitude, latitude, depth]— easy to read backwards. This Actor takes latitude and longitude from thepropertiesblock instead, where they are named explicitly, and reports depth as a positive kilometre figure. - A query matching nothing returns HTTP 204 with an empty body, not an empty feature list, so that status is handled separately rather than being parsed as JSON.
magnitudeTypematters when comparing events:mb,ml,mwandmare different scales and are not directly interchangeable.- EMSC is Euro-Mediterranean but its catalogue is worldwide; events are
revised after initial publication, which is what
