Output

One row per forecast hour: label, latitude, longitude, time, airTemperature, relativeHumidity, windSpeed, windFromDirection, cloudAreaFraction, airPressure, conditionNextHour, precipitationNextHour, conditionNextSixHours.

Notes

MET Norway's terms require an identifying User-Agent on every request and answer 403 without one. Node's fetch sends none by default, so one is set explicitly and a 403 is reported with that explanation rather than as a generic failure.
The forecast thins out with distance. Early entries are hourly; later ones are six-hourly and carry no next_1_hours block at all, so conditionNextHour is legitimately null toward the end of a long hours window.
Temperatures are Celsius, wind is m/s, pressure hPa — MET publishes SI units throughout.
0 precipitation is a real forecast, not missing data, and is preserved.
