Data comes from BAANKNET, the common e-auction portal used by India's public sector banks for SARFAESI property auctions (flats, houses, plots, shops, commercial and industrial property).

How to use

1. Choose Auction status (Upcoming is best for bidders).
2. Add Locations (e.g. Hyderabad, Telangana, or a PIN prefix like 5000), optional Banks and a price range in ₹ lakh.
3. Click Start.

Daily alerts for new auctions

1. Save your filters as a Task and switch on Only new auctions.
2. Add a Schedule (for example every day at 8:00 AM IST).
3. Connect an integration (email, Slack, Google Sheets). You receive only listings you have not seen before, and you only pay for those.

Pay per result: you are charged only for auctions delivered to your dataset. Pages scanned and auctions filtered out are free for you. Set Maximum results (or a maximum cost per run) to control your spend.

Tips

• Filters are applied as the Actor reads the portal, batch by batch (about 10 auctions per batch). For a narrow filter across all of India, raise Maximum batches to load.
• Keep Sort order = Most recent for alerts: the run stops as soon as it reaches listings you already received, which keeps runs short and cheap.
• Price filters exclude auctions whose price cannot be read, so you never get false matches.
• Something looks off? Run once with Debug mode on and share the saved screenshot from the Storage tab in an issue.

Is this official? No. This Actor is independent and is not affiliated with PSB Alliance, BAANKNET or any bank. Always verify details on the official auction page before bidding.

Is the data public? Yes. The Actor reads only publicly visible listing pages, needs no login, and does not collect borrower or personal data.

Can I bid through this Actor? No. It is a discovery and alert tool. Bidding happens on the official portal after registration and KYC.
