Trustpilot Search Scraper — Find Companies by Keyword ✅

Search Trustpilot companies by keyword and get one row per company: name, Trustpilot URL, website, rating, review count, location and logo. Up to 300 per run. No API key, no account and no cookies required.

✨ Why this Actor

  • Find the right profile before pulling reviews — companies often have several (e.g. an academy subdomain).
  • Rating and review count on every row for quick comparison.
  • Every field in its own column. Nested blocks are flattened into their own columns, so the table and a CSV export show everything.
  • Billed only for a completed lookup. A blocked page or an upstream error fails the run and costs nothing.

🔧 How it works

  1. Enter search term.
  2. The Actor calls the Neuralverge data engine, which reads the public page.
  3. Each record is written as its own dataset row.

Input

FieldMeaning
searchQueryA company name or keyword, e.g. "hubspot". One search per run.
maxItemsHow many rows to return, 1-300. You are charged per row delivered, so this is also the cap on what the run can cost. On the Apify Free plan a run is limited to 5 rows whatever you set here.
{
"searchQuery": "hubspot",
"maxItems": 25
}

What you'll receive

One row per record with these columns: searchQuery, position, id, name, url, website, image, rating, reviewCount, location.

Every field the source returns becomes a column, so a field added on the source side shows up as a new column rather than disappearing. Lists (images, tags, alternatives) stay lists. Everything arrives in a single Output tab: no preview view hides any field.

Example output (real run)

[
{
"searchQuery": "hubspot",
"position": 1,
"id": "551230910000ff00057e45c3",
"name": "HubSpot",
"url": "https://www.trustpilot.com/review/hubspot.com",
"website": "https://www.hubspot.com/",
"image": "https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/tpd/logos/551230910000ff00057e45c3/0x0.png",
"rating": 1.5,
"reviewCount": 1169,
"location": "United States"
},
{
"searchQuery": "hubspot",
"position": 2,
"id": "650f475ce38c175d3a5d874d",
"name": "Hubspot",
"url": "https://www.trustpilot.com/review/academy.hubspot.com",
"website": "https://academy.hubspot.com",
"image": null,
"rating": 0,
"reviewCount": 0,
"location": "United States"
}
]

When the lookup completes but finds nothing, the run writes one explicit row instead:

{"searchQuery": "hubspot", "found": false, "message": "..."}

Pricing

Pay per result, charged per dataset row. Starting the Actor is free and there is no minimum charge per run.

You pay for the rows delivered, so "Maximum items" is also the cap on what a run can cost, and the "Maximum cost per run" you set in Apify is honoured before anything is fetched.

  • A completed lookup that finds nothing writes the single found: false row above, billed as one result — the work was performed either way.
  • A run that fails is never charged: missing or invalid input, an upstream error, a timeout, and a page that was never retrieved all write nothing.
  • Records the source repeats are removed before they are written, so a duplicate is never billed.

Free plan limits

On the Apify Free plan this Actor can be started 5 times per calendar month per user and returns at most 5 rows per run. Every Neuralverge Actor has its own allowance, and a run that finds nothing counts towards it. Any paid Apify plan removes both limits.

Integrations & API

The dataset is available through the Apify API, and the Actor can be called from Apify Integrations, scheduled, or chained into another Actor like any other. Rows export to JSON, CSV, Excel and Google Sheets.

FAQ

Can I pass the result to the reviews Actor? Yes — the url or website column works as input for the Trustpilot Reviews Scraper by Neuralverge.

Can I look up many at once? Each run takes one input value. Start several runs in parallel or loop over your list with the Apify API.

Do I need a Trustpilot account or cookies? No.
