IndiaMART Price Monitor - Product Prices, Suppliers & GST

IndiaMART scraper and IndiaMART price tracker in one: give it a product category (for example ms pipe, led bulb or solar panels) or an IndiaMART category URL, and get every listed product with its price in ₹ and unit, supplier company, city and state, GST-verified and Verified Exporter marks, years on IndiaMART and rating, as clean rows for Excel, Google Sheets or an API. Turn on monitor mode and schedule it: after the first check it returns only new suppliers, new products and price drops, so a buyer sees what changed in the Indian B2B market without reading the whole list again.

What you get

• Prices you can sort and compare. The price is a number in INR (price), with its unit (priceUnit: Kg, Piece, Pair, Tonne ...) and the text as shown (₹ 110/Kg).
• The supplier behind each product. Company name, city, state (for IndiaMART's listed cities), GST-verified flag, Verified Exporter mark, badge (Industry Leader, Leading Supplier, Star Supplier), years on IndiaMART, response rate, rating and number of ratings, and the supplier's catalog link.
• Product details. The specifications the supplier lists (thickness, wattage, material, brand ...) as name and value pairs, the product page and image.
• City pages for a wider supplier list. Add cities such as Mumbai, Delhi or Ahmedabad and each category is also read on its city page, which lists other suppliers.
• Only what changed, on a schedule. Monitor mode remembers each page and returns only products that appear for the first time (marked new-supplier when the company is new too) and price changes, with the previous price, the change in ₹ and in percent.

In our tests on 2026-10-12 (MS Pipe, LED Bulb, Safety Shoes, Basmati Rice and the Mumbai MS Pipe page, 28 products each), every product had a ₹ price with a unit, a supplier name, a city and the GST flag, and more than 99% showed years on IndiaMART.

Monitor mode

1. First run: reads each page and remembers its products and suppliers as the starting point. It returns one free watch-started row per page and charges nothing.
2. Every later run: returns only
   • products on the page for the first time: new-supplier when the supplier company is new on that page too, new-product when the supplier was already there;
   • price changes as set in priceChangeAlerts (price-change, with previousPrice, priceChange and priceChangePercent). Prices are compared only when the unit is the same.
3. Nothing changed: you get one free no-changes row for that page, and the run is charged one small category-checked event for that page.

Schedule it daily or weekly in Apify (Schedules) and connect the dataset to email, Slack, Google Sheets or a webhook.

Pricing

Pay per event:

• product-returned: each product row with a price.
• category-checked: monitor mode only, once for each page that was checked and had nothing new.

Not charged: the first run of a watch, product rows without a price, and every row that explains why nothing was returned. There is no start fee.

FAQ

Is there an IndiaMART API for product prices? IndiaMART does not offer a public product price API. This Actor gives you one: run it from the Apify API, a schedule or an AI agent, and read the rows as JSON, CSV or Excel.

How do I get an IndiaMART supplier list for a product in a city? Put the product in categories and the city in cities, for example ms pipe and Mumbai. You get the supplier companies on the all-India page and on the Mumbai page, each with city, GST flag, Verified Exporter mark, years on IndiaMART and rating.

How do I track IndiaMART price changes? Turn on onlyNew and schedule the Actor. After the first run it returns only price drops (or any change, with priceChangeAlerts: any) and new listings.

Which category words work? The words of an IndiaMART category page: the part after /impcat/ in a URL such as https://dir.indiamart.com/impcat/ms-pipe.html. Plain English words work for most categories; the Actor also tries the singular or plural (solar panel and solar panels). If a word has no page, you get a free no-category-page row and can paste the category URL from your browser.

Good to know

• An IndiaMART category page lists up to 28 products, and this Actor reads that page. "Show more results" on IndiaMART needs a phone-number login, which this Actor does not use. To cover more suppliers, add cities.
• IndiaMART sometimes swaps which product of a supplier it shows on a page. In monitor mode those swaps can come back as new-product in the first runs (a product this watch has not seen before, not necessarily a new listing on IndiaMART). Choose newListingAlerts: suppliers if you only want new companies.
• supplierState is filled for cities in IndiaMART's own city list on the page (the big cities); other cities leave it empty rather than guess.
• Minimum order quantity is not shown on category pages, so it is not a column. When a supplier lists it as a specification, it is in specifications.
• No phone numbers, e-mail addresses or personal names are collected. Supplier details are the public business information IndiaMART shows on the page.
• If IndiaMART answers with a check page, the Actor does not solve it; it tries again on another connection and otherwise stops with a free row, charging nothing for that page.
