💰 Pricing
| Event | Price (USD) | When it is charged |
|---|---|---|
Actor Start (apify-actor-start) | $0.0005 | Charged when the Actor starts running. Number of events charged depends on Actor memory (one event per GB, minimum one event). |
Tool call (apify-default-dataset-item) | $0.05 | Charged once per successful tool call that returns data ($0.05), whatever the number of listings returned. Errors and empty results are free. |
Pay-per-event: you pay only for what the run delivers. A run that delivers nothing bills no result events (only the actor-start event, when the actor defines one). Example: 100 successful tool calls cost 100 × $0.05 = $5.00 plus the start fee, whether each search returns 1 listing or 200.

FAQ
What does this MCP server return?
Two tools. search_redfin_properties takes a city, a ZIP code or a Redfin search URL (for example Seattle, WA, 90210) and returns up to max_results listings (default 10, at most 200) with price, address, beds, baths and square footage. get_property_details takes one full Redfin property URL and returns that property's full record.
How much does it cost?
Each tool call that returns data is charged once, at $0.05 — a search that returns 10 listings is one $0.05 charge, not ten. The Actor start fee is $0.0005 per run (per GB of memory). So 20 successful searches cost about $1.00 plus the start fee. Live prices are always in the Pricing tab.
What if nothing is found, or Redfin blocks the request?
The tool tells your agent plainly ("No properties found…" or the error) and nothing is charged. Errors and empty results are free.
How fresh is the data?
Live. Every call reads Redfin at that moment through NexGenData's Redfin Real Estate Scraper; nothing is served from a cache.
How long can one call take?
A call waits up to 180 seconds for Redfin. If the lookup is still not done by then, it is stopped and returned as an error — not as a partial result — and nothing is charged.
How do I connect?
Use the Standby URL https://nexgendata--real-estate-mcp-server.apify.actor/mcp in any MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, n8n, OpenAI Agents SDK) and send your Apify API token as an Authorization: Bearer <token> header.
