🇸🇬🚀 Singapore SGX IPO Calendar — Mainboard + Catalist (Live)
Live Singapore Exchange (SGX) IPO data, fetched on every run from SGX's own public JSON APIs — the same backends that power the official sgx.com IPO Performance and IPO Prospectus pages. Get recently listed Mainboard and Catalist IPOs with real offer price, amount raised, IPO and latest market cap, first trading-day close and move-vs-offer — plus the live register of prospectuses lodged with SGX (operating companies, REITs / business trusts and ETFs / funds). Every row carries a real per-deal links.sgx.com prospectus link and the exact SGX source_url it came from. No fabricated dates, prices or speculative "upcoming" rows.
This Actor returns two real feeds:
- IPO Performance — recently listed SGX IPOs (Mainboard + Catalist) with
real offer price, amount raised, IPO market cap, latest market cap, first
trading-day close, the move vs offer price, and the issue manager.
Source:
https://api.sgx.com/ipoperformance/v1.0?year=YYYY - IPO Prospectus Register — the register of prospectuses / offer documents
lodged with SGX (operating-company IPOs, REITs / business trusts, and
ETFs / funds), with company name, business description, offer-closing date
and status.
Source:

Every row carries a real per-deal prospectus_url (a links.sgx.com
document link) and the source_url of the exact SGX endpoint it came from.
Honesty / what this is — and isn't
- No fabricated data. Every field is taken directly from the SGX API. We do not invent subscription windows, ballot dates, or issue prices.
- No speculative forward calendar. SGX's public feeds do not expose a forward "upcoming" calendar with future offer dates. This Actor therefore returns recently listed IPOs + the lodged-prospectus pipeline (the most recently lodged prospectuses are the freshest pipeline signal), not made-up "Upcoming" rows.
- Fields a feed does not provide for a given row are left null, never guessed. (e.g. prospectus-register rows have no offer price / proceeds; performance rows have no offer-closing date.)
Use cases
- IPO-pipeline tracking for ECM / IBD teams — listed deals plus the lodged-prospectus pipeline in one structured feed.
- New-listing screening for funds across Mainboard and Catalist.
- Post-IPO performance studies — offer price, first-day close and move-vs-offer for recently listed names.
- League-table and issue-manager research from real per-deal data.
- Singapore market-development analysis — a structured alternative to trawling the SGX IPO Performance and Prospectus pages by hand.

Pricing
Pay-per-event: $0.01 per run start + $0.05 per IPO record returned
(about 20 IPO records per $1).
Empty runs are not billed per row — a STATUS record is written to the
key-value store instead, and the run ends with a plain-English status message.
If the live SGX APIs are unreachable the run fails rather than returning a
silent empty result, so you are never billed for a blocked source.
Notes
- SGX prices roughly 5–30 IPOs/year, so the listed-IPO universe is small but
high-value. The prospectus register is much larger (~1,100 historical
entries) and includes ETFs/funds — use
include_funds=falsefor operating-company / REIT IPOs only. - The SGX APIs are plain JSON and are fetched directly with
httpx(no browser, no proxy required).
FAQ
Is this a live feed?
Yes — every run fetches SGX's own public JSON APIs (api.sgx.com/ipoperformance
and api.sgx.com/ipoprospectus), the same backends behind the official sgx.com
IPO pages. Nothing is hardcoded.
Does it include an upcoming / forward IPO calendar? No. SGX's public feeds don't expose forward offer dates, so this Actor returns recently listed IPOs plus the lodged-prospectus pipeline rather than speculative "Upcoming" rows.
Mainboard and Catalist both?
Yes — filter with listing_board (all, Mainboard, Catalist); board is
populated on listed (performance) rows.
Where do the prospectus links point?
Each row's prospectus_url is a real per-deal links.sgx.com document link from
the SGX prospectus register — not a generic landing page.
Does it include post-listing return?
Yes for listed rows — first_day_closing_price_sgd and gain_loss_vs_offer
where SGX provides them; otherwise left null.
