Coolblue restock alerts for Coolblue.nl: back in stock when availability flips from out of stock to in stock between scheduled runs. First run saves a baseline (one info row); later runs emit restock event rows only — not a catalog of every SKU.

For one-shot catalog availability use coolblue-products. For price series use coolblue-price-history.

Proxy: Apify RESIDENTIAL + country NL.

What this Actor does

StepAction
1Watch query / searchUrl / productIds via Coolblue /zoeken SSR cards
2Classify in-stock from availability text (no fake stock counts)
3Run 1 → save KV snapshot + eventType=baseline
4Run 2+ → emit restock when previous inStock=false and now true

Input

FieldRequiredDescription
query / searchUrl / IDsOne ofWhat to watch
maxItemsNoMax SKUs in the snapshot (default 20)
snapshotKeyNoReuse on schedule
previousSnapshotNoForce a diff in one run (tests / external storage)
persistSnapshotNoDefault true
proxyConfigurationNoRESIDENTIAL + NL

Example (first run)

{
"query": "playstation 5",
"maxItems": 8,
"proxyConfiguration": {
"useApifyProxy": true,
"apifyProxyGroups": ["RESIDENTIAL"],
"apifyProxyCountry": "NL"
}
}

Schedule the same input daily. To demo a restock in one call, pass previousSnapshot with "inStock": false for a live SKU.

Output examples

Baseline (run 1):

{
"eventType": "baseline",
"watchedCount": 8,
"query": "playstation 5",
"error": false,
"errorMessage": "Baseline saved for 8 Coolblue SKU(s). Schedule…"
}

Restock (run 2+):

{
"eventType": "restock",
"productId": "123456",
"title": "Sony PlayStation 5 …",
"detailUrl": "https://www.coolblue.nl/product/123456/…",
"price": 549.0,
"currency": "EUR",
"availability": "Morgen bezorgd",
"previousAvailability": "Tijdelijk uitverkocht",
"inStock": true,
"previousInStock": false,
"scrapedAt": "2026-10-02T18:00:00Z",
"error": false
}

If nothing restocked: one eventType=no_restock row (honest empty).

Limits

  • Restock only appears on 2nd+ run (or with previousSnapshot).
  • Availability is Coolblue delivery text, not a warehouse count.
  • Same antibot as catalog: RES NL.

Pricing

Pay-per-event: charged on Dataset rows (baseline / restock / no_restock). Prefer schedules so you mostly pay for real restock hits after baseline.
