Give it Property Finder search links — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or any filter you set on propertyfinder.ae — and get one clean row per listing for sale or to rent: price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, community, city, furnished, completion status, the brokerage company, listed date and photo. It also reads propertyfinder.sa (Saudi Arabia), .qa (Qatar), .bh (Bahrain) and .eg (Egypt). $1.50 per 1,000 listings, no login, no API key. Property Finder shows at most 50 pages for any search, so about 1,000 listings is the most one search link returns — use several links for a bigger market.

Run it again — or put it on a daily schedule — and every row also tells you what changed since the last run: whether the listing is new, its previous price and the price change in amount and percent. Search results show only today's price; this turns a schedule into a price-drop and new-listing alert for the market you watch.

What you get

FieldWhat it is
id, url, titlethe listing and its Property Finder page; title is the agent's headline with any email address or phone number removed
propertyType, purpose, bedrooms, bedroomsText, bathroomsapartment, villa, townhouse, office…; purpose is buy or rent; bedrooms 0 is a studio and bedroomsText keeps Property Finder's wording (studio, 7+); bedrooms and bathrooms are null when the listing gives none (land, commercial, whole buildings)
price, currency, rentFrequencythe asking price as a number (null when the price is hidden), its currency (AED, SAR, QAR, BHD, EGP), and for rentals the period the price is for: yearly, monthly, weekly or daily (null on sales)
size, sizeUnit, sizeSqft, pricePerSqftthe size as Property Finder shows it (square feet in the UAE, square metres elsewhere), the same size in square feet, and price divided by it
sizeIsPlot, plotSizeSqft, builtUpAreaSqftfor villas, townhouses and land Property Finder's size is the plot; builtUpAreaSqft is filled when the agent also gives the built-up area
location, locationName, community, city, region, latitude, longitudethe full place line, the most specific name (building or sub-community), the community or district, the city, the region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) and the map position
furnished, completionStatus, verified, priceDropBadge, chequesfurnished / unfurnished / partly furnished; sales: completed or off_plan; Property Finder's verified flag and its own "Price drop" badge (true for 15 of 1,200 listings in a test on 9 October 2026); UAE rentals: the number of cheques the agent accepts
brokerCompany, brokerUrlthe brokerage (a business) and its Property Finder page
listedAt, imageUrl, imageCount, amenities, countrywhen it was listed, the main photo, how many photos, the amenities list, and the country site it came from
isNew, previousPrice, priceChange, priceChangePercent, firstSeenDatethe change since your previous run of the same search (null on the first run, except firstSeenDate, which is then today)
search, searchTotalResults, type, observedAtwhich link the row came from, how many listings Property Finder says match that search, listing (or error / summary) and when the row was read

Each run ends with one free summary row: searches read, listings, new listings, price drops and increases, pages read and errors.

Run it again and again

  • On a schedule — save your input as a task and add a Schedule: the same searches every morning. Send each run to Google Sheets, Slack or email with an integration on the task.
  • Watch for changes — Turn on Only new listings and price changes.
  • In bulk — Put every search link in Search links in one run.

Use it for

  • Price-drop and new-listing alerts — schedule a run with Only new listings and price changes on and send the rows to email, Slack or a sheet
  • Investors and agents — compare asking prices, price per square foot and rents by community, bedroom count and property type; see what other brokerages list
  • Market data — a growing history of asking prices and listing activity for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, Manama or Cairo, with coordinates for maps

A search is a Property Finder address. The easiest way: open propertyfinder.ae, set your filters (buy or rent, place, bedrooms, price, property type), and copy the address from the browser. Pages such as /en/rent/dubai/apartments-for-rent-dubai-marina.html work too. The parts that matter in a search address:

  • c — 1 buy, 2 rent, 3 commercial buy, 4 commercial rent
  • l — the place: Dubai 1, Ras Al Khaimah 3, Sharjah 4, Ajman 5, Abu Dhabi 6, Dubai Marina 50 (copy the address after choosing a place for others)
  • ob=nd — newest first (without it Property Finder uses its "Featured" order)
  • bdr[] bedrooms, pf and pt price from and to, t property type, rp rent period (y yearly, m monthly)

What is remembered is kept per search in a named key-value store in your Apify account, so the second run of the same search already shows changes. Schedule it (Apify → Schedules) for a daily history. Up to 50 searches per run; two links that differ only in sort order or page= are the same search and are read once.

Pricing

$1.50 per 1,000 listings, plus $0.01 per run. Error rows (a link that is not a search, a search Property Finder refuses) and the summary row are free. With Only new listings and price changes on, listings that did not change are not returned and not charged. The $0.01 run-start fee is the one charge every run pays, even one that returns nothing.

Notes

  • Public data only: what anyone sees on Property Finder without signing in. No agent names, phone numbers, email addresses or WhatsApp numbers are returned. The brokerage company and its page are, and emails and phone numbers are removed from titles.
  • Countries. The site in the link decides the market: propertyfinder.ae, .sa, .qa, .bh or .eg (all read on 9 October 2026). There is no country setting. Outside the UAE sizes come in square metres (size, sizeUnit) and sizeSqft is converted at 1 m² = 10.7639 ft²; some Saudi place and brokerage names are only in Arabic. city is empty for Bahrain (it has regions and areas, shown in region and community).
  • Limit per search. Property Finder shows 50 pages for any search, which is a little under 1,000 listings once repeats are removed (full runs of the newest Dubai sales on 9 October 2026 returned 978 and 997 distinct listings in under a minute each). For a bigger area split it by community, price band or bedrooms and run several searches. Dubai sales come in faster than one search can hold: the newest 1,000 reached back 8 to 9 hours in those runs, so for a daily schedule narrow the search or run it more often.
  • Since the last run. A listing is isNew when no earlier run of the same search (same place and filters — the sort order does not matter) returned it in the last 90 days, so one that drops out of your results and comes back is not "new". "New" means new to your results, not new on Property Finder: if you raise Listings per search, older listings that were past your old cut-off show as new; listedAt tells you when a listing really went live. In the "Featured" order the top of the list changes constantly, so use ob=nd. previousPrice and priceChange exist for listings an earlier run returned (priceChange is 0 when the price did not move, null when the price is hidden). priceDropBadge is Property Finder's own flag and is unrelated to your history.
  • Prices and sizes. A sale price is the asking price. A rental price is for the rentFrequency period — UAE rents are mostly quoted per year, so add rp=m to the link for monthly rents. For villas, townhouses and land sizeSqft and pricePerSqft use the plot size, as Property Finder does; for apartments they use the unit size. pricePerSqft has two decimals when below 100 (monthly rents, Bahraini dinars).
  • Fields that are only sometimes filled: rentFrequency (rentals), cheques (UAE rentals; given on only 3 of 240 rentals in the other four countries in a test on 9 October 2026), completionStatus (sales), region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain), furnished (when the agent says), bedrooms and bathrooms (not for land or commercial listings), plotSizeSqft and sizeIsPlot (plots), builtUpAreaSqft (some villas and townhouses), amenities (empty when none are listed).
  • A place number that does not exist is not an error on Property Finder's side — it falls back to the whole country. Check searchTotalResults if a search returns more than you expect.
  • Promoted new-development cards that Property Finder mixes into every page are skipped. A New projects search (c=5) lists developments, not listings, and gives an error row; so does a link to a single listing, broker or agent page.
  • A page= in your link is ignored (the Actor reads from page 1), /ar/ links are read in English, and a link without /en/ gets it added.

For AI agents

{"searches": ["https://www.propertyfinder.ae/en/search?c=2&l=50&rp=y&ob=nd"], "maxListingsPerSearch": 20} returns up to 20 rows: the newest yearly rentals in Dubai Marina with price, bedrooms, size, community and brokerage. Rows have type: listing, error or summary.
