Eluta rate-limits IPs that send many requests in a short time (it redirects to a "User Verification" page). The scraper fetches one page at a time with a short delay, detects that page and retries with a fresh proxy session, so keep maxItems reasonable and avoid running several large jobs in parallel from one proxy group.
