Telelistas Scraper: Brazilian business listings by category and city
$1 per 1,000 businesses. Platform usage included. No rental, no minimum.
The most used Telelistas and BuscJa actors on Apify Store charge $5.00 to $12.00 per 1,000 results (Store prices checked 1 November 2026). This actor returns Brazilian business records for $1.
Give it a category such as "restaurantes" or "advogados" and a city such as "São Paulo, SP". It returns one row for each business listed on Telelistas, which now runs on buscja.com: phone, WhatsApp, website, street, district, CEP, map position, opening hours, services, payment methods and more.
New to Apify? [Create a free account](https://www.apify.com?fpr=ymnoit) (referral link). Runs from a free plan account return the first 10 results; any paid plan returns everything you ask for, up to your limit. How much does Telelistas Brazil Scraper cost?
| Businesses | This actor | Most used Telelistas and BuscJa actors on the Store |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $1.00 | $5.00 to $12.00 |
| 10,000 | $10.00 | $50 to $120 |
| 100,000 | $100.00 | $500 to $1,200 |
Plus $0.001 per run. A monthly pull of 6,000 businesses costs about $6.
Why people switch
- One flat price. Platform usage is included, so the bill follows the number of businesses and nothing else. There is no extra charge for a row that has a phone number.
- Wide rows. Up to 45 fields per business: ids, name, street and number, district, city, state, CEP, latitude and longitude, every phone with an international form, WhatsApp, website with its domain, social links, opening hours as days and times, services, payment methods, categories and the description the business wrote.
- Two speeds. With business pages on, each business is one extra request for the full record. With them off, one request returns 25 businesses with name, street, district, city, state and phone.
- Filters before the page is opened. The district filter works on the listing card, so businesses outside your districts are never requested.
How to use Telelistas Scraper
- Open the actor, type a category and a city with its state code, press Start.
- Or paste this input:
{ "categories": ["restaurantes", "padarias"], "locations": ["São Paulo, SP", "Campinas, SP"], "districts": ["Pinheiros", "Moema"], "maxItems": 300 }
- Download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the API.
Use it from code
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/one_dollar_store~telelistas-brazil-businesses-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \-H "Content-Type: application/json" \-d '{"categories": ["restaurantes"], "locations": ["São Paulo, SP"], "maxItems": 25}'
from apify_client import ApifyClientclient = ApifyClient("YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN")run = client.actor("one_dollar_store/telelistas-brazil-businesses-scraper").call(run_input={"categories": ["dentistas"], "locations": ["Belo Horizonte, MG"], "requireWebsite": True, "maxItems": 50})for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():print(item["name"], item.get("phoneE164"), item.get("website"), item.get("latitude"), item.get("longitude"))
Use it from an AI assistant
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants can call this actor through Apify's MCP server. Add it with this server address:
https://mcp.apify.com?tools=one_dollar_store/telelistas-brazil-businesses-scraper
Then ask, for example: "Find 50 dental clinics in Belo Horizonte on Telelistas that list a website, with phone, CEP and opening hours."
Switching from another Telelistas actor
Most Telelistas and BuscJa actors take search terms or listing addresses, a list of cities with state codes and a result limit. Here they are categories (a list), locations ("City, UF"), startUrls (listing or business page addresses) and maxItems. The core fields are name, phone, website, city, state, postalCode, latitude, longitude, listingId and profileUrl. Business pages are read when includeDetails is on, which is the default.
Where the data comes from
For each category and city the actor opens the listing pages on buscja.com (/<state>/<city>/<category>, the same pages telelistas.net serves), 25 businesses a page. A page of one search keeps its order through a seed number that the site puts in its own next page link, and the actor reads it from there. With business pages on, it then opens each business page for the full record. When a category word has no page, the actor asks the directory's own suggestion list (the one behind its search box) for the closest category and logs the match.
Input
| Field | Type | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
categories | list of text | none | Category words in Portuguese, for example restaurantes, advogados, dentistas. |
locations | list of text | none | "City, UF", for example São Paulo, SP. Needed, because the directory lists businesses per city. |
startUrls | list of text | none | Listing page or business page addresses from buscja.com or telelistas.net. ?pag=3 starts at page 3. |
includeDetails | yes/no | yes | Read each business page (map position, CEP, all phones, WhatsApp, website, social links, hours, services, payments, description). |
maxPagesPerSearch | number | 40 | Listing pages per category and city (1 to 2,000). A page lists 25 businesses. |
districts | list of text | none | Keep businesses in these districts (bairros). |
requireWebsite | yes/no | no | Keep businesses that list a website. Turns business pages on. |
requireCoordinates | yes/no | no | Keep businesses with a latitude and longitude. Turns business pages on. |
maxItems | number | 100 | Total businesses for the run. Minimum 10, maximum 100,000. |
proxyConfiguration | object | off | The actor connects directly. After two refusals in a row it uses the Apify datacenter proxy by itself. |
Example with filters:
{"categories": ["clinicas odontologicas"],"locations": ["Rio de Janeiro, RJ"],"districts": ["Copacabana", "Ipanema"],"requireWebsite": true,"maxItems": 200}
What data does Telelistas Scraper return?
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
listingId, profileUrl | Directory number of the business and the address of its page on buscja.com. |
name, listedName | Business name, and the title as the directory shows it ("name em district") when that differs. |
addressLine, streetName, streetNumber, district, city, state, stateName, postalCode, countryCode, fullAddress | Address parts. The CEP needs business pages. |
latitude, longitude | Map position. Needs business pages. |
phone, phoneE164, phoneLabel, secondaryPhones, whatsapp | Numbers as listed, the first one in international form, and the WhatsApp number when the business has one. |
website, websiteDomain, facebookUrl, instagramUrl, linkedinUrl, twitterUrl, youtubeUrl, tiktokUrl | Website and social links the business lists. |
description, categories, categorySlugs, services, paymentMethods | The text the business wrote, its activity areas, the features and services it lists and the payment methods. |
openingHours, openingHoursText | Hours as days with opening and closing time, and in one line. |
logoUrl | The logo, when the business has one. |
searchCategory, searchLocation, categorySlug, sourceUrl, pageNumber, resultPages, detailsRead, scrapedAt | The search that found the row, the page it came from and whether the business page was read. |
Fields a business does not list are left out of the row, never filled with guesses. The directory shows no email addresses, so the rows hold none.

Limits
- Speed. Requests go out one at a time, at least one second apart. With business pages on, the actor reads about one business a second (25 businesses in 28 seconds in tests), so a default one hour run delivers about 3,000 businesses; raise the run timeout under Run options for more. With business pages off, one request returns 25 businesses, about 23 businesses a second (5,000 businesses in 214 seconds in a test).
- What a business lists varies. Of 25 restaurants read with business pages in a test, all 25 had a map position, 22 a CEP, 20 opening hours, 18 a website, 18 a description and 3 a WhatsApp number. With business pages off, a row holds name, street, district, city, state, phone and logo only.
- No email addresses. The directory keeps email behind a contact form, so its public pages hold none. You get phone, WhatsApp and website instead.
- A city is needed. The directory lists businesses per city, so every search is a category in a city. A city name without a state code is skipped.
- Loose matches. The directory fills a category page with loosely related businesses when there are few exact ones, so a row can sit in a category that is not quite its own. The
categoriesfield lists what each business says about itself. - Order and repeats. The directory shuffles each search and keeps the order stable through a seed number in its own next page link. The actor reads that seed, so pages do not repeat. A business that appears under two categories is delivered once.
- Depth. A page lists 25 businesses. Popular categories in big cities run to more than a thousand pages (restaurants in São Paulo: 1,259 pages in a test).
maxPagesPerSearchsets how far to read; the default of 40 pages is up to 1,000 businesses. - Narrow filters. If 500 businesses in a row do not fit your district or other filters, that search stops, so a very narrow filter on a big city returns what it found so far.
- Refusals. After two refused requests in a row the actor switches to the Apify datacenter proxy, and after three in a row it stops with the rows it has. It does not try to solve a verification page.
- Restarts. If Apify moves a long run to another server, the actor carries on from a saved progress record and does not deliver a business twice.
- Public pages only, no login.
FAQ
What is the cheapest Telelistas scraper on Apify? The most used Telelistas and BuscJa actors charge $5.00 to $12.00 per 1,000 results (checked 1 November 2026). This one is $1 per 1,000, with platform usage included.
How much does it cost to scrape 10,000 Brazilian businesses? $10, plus $0.001 per run. Compute is included. With business pages on, 10,000 businesses take about three hours at one business a second, so raise the run timeout or run in parts; with business pages off, it takes minutes.
Do I pay for compute or proxy on top? No. The price covers the run. There is no residential proxy and no browser.
Is Telelistas the same site as BuscJa? Yes. telelistas.net sends visitors to buscja.com, and both serve the same listing pages. The actor reads buscja.com and accepts addresses from either.
Which category names work?
The names the directory uses, in Portuguese, for example restaurantes, dentistas, padarias or escritorios de contabilidade. When a word has no page, the actor asks the directory's own suggestion list for the closest category, uses it and logs the match in the run log and the run summary.
Can I get email addresses? No. The directory shows none on its public pages.
Is it legal? The actor reads public listing pages that any visitor can open, at a modest rate, one request at a time. The robots.txt of telelistas.net allows all crawlers except for two paths this actor never opens. The robots.txt of buscja.com carries a content signal that allows search and reference use and rules out AI training, and it blocks a list of named AI crawlers; this actor is not one of them and does not train models. We found no terms of use page on the site. Its privacy page says the directory republishes the business and residential subscriber listings of the Brazilian telephone operators under the telecommunications law, and that a business can ask to be removed through the contact form. You are responsible for lawful use: follow Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and the rules on marketing calls and messages before you contact anyone from this data. Some listings are sole traders, and their business phone and address appear as the business listed them.
Is this an official Telelistas or BuscJa product? No. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telelistas or BuscJa.
Feedback and support
Found a problem or want a field added? Open an issue on the Issues tab of this actor and it gets read. If the actor saved you time, an honest rating on the Reviews tab helps other people find it.
Do I need an Apify account? Yes. Actors run from an Apify account, and a free account is enough to start: it includes $5 of platform usage every month. You can sign up here. This is a referral link and it costs you nothing.
Is there a limit on the free plan? Yes. A run started from a free plan account delivers the first 10 results, then ends with a message and a link to the plans. Any paid plan returns everything you ask for, up to your own limit. The price per result is the same on every plan.
