Permissions come from the extension's published manifest. permissionRiskLevel is a simple heuristic: high means access to all websites plus 2 or more sensitive APIs (cookies, tabs, history, debugger...), medium means one of the two, low means neither. It is a triage aid, not a malware verdict.

What it does not do (by design)

This Actor reads only public listing pages (/detail/<id>), which the Chrome Web Store's robots.txt allows. It does not scrape reviews, search results or the "related" and "report" sub-pages, because robots.txt disallows them. The average rating and rating count come from the listing itself. Nothing requires a login.

Removed or unpublished extensions return status: "not_found" and invalid IDs return status: "error". Neither is charged.
