Get podcast data from Apple Podcasts in bulk. Search by keyword (e.g. marketing, true crime, AI) or paste podcast links, and get:

  • Podcast details: title, publisher, Apple Podcasts link, RSS feed URL, artwork, genres, episode count, latest episode date, explicit flag, language, website, description and categories.
  • Every episode: title, publish date, duration, audio file URL, file size, season and episode number, episode type, link and description.

It uses Apple's official iTunes Search API for podcast details and each podcast's own public RSS feed (the one podcast apps read) for the full episode list, so it's fast and reliable. Feed owner email addresses are never collected.

Who is it for?

  • Podcast guest booking and PR agencies: build lists of shows in a niche, with episode frequency and the latest episode date.
  • Advertisers and sponsorship teams: find active podcasts by topic and size up their catalogue.
  • Podcast producers and networks: track competitors' release schedules and episode lengths.
  • AI and research: collect episode audio URLs for transcription, and descriptions for topic analysis.
  • Media monitoring: schedule daily runs with Episodes published within 1 day.

How to use it

  1. Enter search terms and/or paste podcast links or IDs.
  2. Choose how many podcasts per search and how many episodes per podcast (or 0 for all).
  3. Click Start and export to Excel, CSV or JSON. Podcasts have type: "podcast" and episodes type: "episode".

How much does it cost?

Pay-per-event: a small fee per podcast and a smaller fee per episode returned, plus a tiny per-run start fee, with no subscription and no separate platform usage costs. For example, 100 podcasts with 10 episodes each cost about $0.50. Podcasts that aren't found are not charged. Set Maximum cost per run to cap your spending.

Good to know

  • Episode lists come from each podcast's RSS feed. Some hosts only keep the latest episodes in their feed.
  • Search results and genres can differ between countries. Use the Country setting.

Use it through the API, integrations or AI agents

Run it from the Apify API, on a schedule, or connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n or Google Sheets. AI agents can call it through the Apify MCP server.

FAQ

Is it legal? It uses Apple's official public search API and podcasts' public RSS feeds, which are published so apps can read them. No personal emails are collected.
