**EU tenders API** — Search live EU public procurement tenders (740,000+/year, all 27 EU states) via TED's official Search API by CPV category and buyer country. No login, no key.

Search TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) — the official portal for public procurement notices across all 27 EU member states plus the EEA/EFTA area. Over 740,000 tender notices are published here every year. This actor calls TED's own public Search API (api.ted.europa.eu) directly — no login, no API key, no scraping of the ted.europa.eu website.

Licensing

TED's own legal notice: "Procurement notices published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union can be freely reused, for commercial or non-commercial purposes." EU institutional content defaults to CC BY 4.0 (attribution required for reuse of editorial content; the notices themselves are explicitly free to reuse).

Each target is a CPV code (Common Procurement Vocabulary — the EU's standard product/ service category code, e.g. 72000000 = IT services, 45000000 = construction work), optionally followed by :COUNTRY (ISO 3-letter buyer country code). Comma-separate multiple CPV codes or multiple countries for an OR match. Omit the CPV and start with : to filter by country only (e.g. :DEU). Results are open/active notices, newest first.
