How it works

1. The Actor turns each start URL into the dealer's mobile.de review page. Listing URLs are looked up to find the selling dealer.
2. It reads the review pages, 10 reviews per page, several pages in parallel.
3. With Newest first and a limit or date, it reads pages in order and stops as soon as it has enough reviews or reaches older ones.
4. When you want all reviews or choose another sort order, it reads every page and fills gaps with extra passes, because mobile.de's paging sometimes repeats a review on two pages. Then it sorts the reviews itself, so the order is exact.
5. Each review is saved and charged as it is written, so the run stops when your spending limit is reached.

FAQ

Do I need a mobile.de account? No. Dealer review pages are public. The Actor reads what every visitor sees.

Is maxItems per dealer or per run? Per start URL, so maxItems: 50 with three dealers gives up to 150 reviews. If the same dealer appears twice in your list, it is scraped once.

Why do I get slightly fewer reviews than the total shown on mobile.de? Mobile.de's review pages sometimes show the same review twice and skip another one, mostly when several reviews have the same date. The Actor removes the repeats and runs extra passes to find the skipped reviews. In our tests it collected all 702 of 702 reviews of a large dealer. On some dealers a few reviews may still be missing.

What do the aggregate scores mean? They are the score breakdown mobile.de shows on the dealer page. aggregateRatingsCount tells you how many ratings the breakdown is based on, which can be lower than totalReviews. rating and totalReviews are the overall values for all reviews.

Can I scrape reviews of private sellers? No. Only dealers have review pages on mobile.de. If you paste a listing from a private seller, the Actor tells you that the seller has no review page.

How do I get only new reviews every week? Keep Sort reviews by on Newest first, set Only reviews newer than to 7 days, and add a weekly schedule. The Actor stops reading as soon as it reaches older reviews.

Can I connect the results to other tools? Yes. Send reviews to Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier, n8n, or your own system through integrations, webhooks, or the API.

Is it legal to scrape mobile.de reviews?
