๐ Airbnb Listings Scraper
๐ Export Airbnb vacation rental listings for any destination to CSV, Excel, JSON, or XML in seconds. No account needed. No API key required.
Airbnb is the world's largest vacation rental marketplace with millions of active listings in every city and country. This Actor searches Airbnb for any destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests - extracting listing names, room types, bed and bathroom counts, ratings, review counts, per-night prices, and direct booking URLs.
Data is scraped live from Airbnb's HTML source (niobeClientData embedded JSON) backed by residential proxies. Every run produces fresh, availability-accurate results.
Coverage: Any city, neighborhood, or region on Airbnb worldwide - New York, Paris, Tokyo, Bali, London, Sydney, and more. Each record includes the listing photo, name, room type, beds, bathrooms, guest rating, review count, per-night price, currency, city, listing ID, and booking URL.

๐ What the Airbnb Listings Scraper does
- Searches Airbnb for any destination with optional check-in, check-out, and guest count
- Extracts listing data from the embedded niobeClientData JSON on each search page
- Parses per-night price from the structured display price (total divided by nights)
- Paginates through result pages automatically (18 listings per page)
- Extracts listing ID, room type, beds, bathrooms, rating, and review count
- Delivers a clean structured dataset: one record per listing
๐ก Why it matters: Airbnb has no public API for listing searches. Property managers and market researchers who need competitive data at scale have no official option. This Actor automates the full extraction pipeline with residential proxies, giving you structured rental data in minutes.
๐ Data fields
Each record includes: bathrooms, beds, city, currency, imageUrl, listingUrl, name, pricePerNight, rating, reviewCount, roomType. These field names come straight from the actor's dataset schema, so what you see here is what lands in your dataset.
