Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

Check that your startUrls are valid BizBuySell URLs. Search URLs must come from the BizBuySell website. Also ensure the search returns listings when you visit it in a browser.

The actor is slow with enrichment on.

Enrichment visits each listing's detail page, which increases run time and cost. If you only need search-page fields, turn enrichment off.

I see duplicate listings in the dataset.

If you set a datasetName, the actor skips items already in that dataset. For new runs without a datasetName, a fresh dataset is created each time.

The actor stopped before scraping all listings.

Check your maxItems setting. Free accounts are limited to 10 items. Paid users can increase maxItems up to 1,000,000.

Some fields are missing in the output.

Without enrichment, only search-page fields are returned. Turn on enrichDetails to get Revenue, Year Established, Employees, Inventory, Reason for Selling, FF&E, and full description.
