My provider name search is not finding the facility I expect.
The search supports partial matches, so try a shorter substring of the name. For example, use 'oak' instead of 'Oakwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center'. You can also try the CCN field for an exact lookup.
Can I get historical rating data?
This Actor returns the current ratings available in the CMS catalog at the time of your run. It does not access historical snapshots or archived rating data.
The run timed out before collecting all records.
