Check that your ticker symbols are spelled correctly and are actively quoted by DIA. If using Specific assets, verify the blockchain name and contract address are valid. Leaving both inputs empty will always return the top assets by volume if the API is reachable.

Why does my ticker resolve to a different chain than I expected?

The Actor picks the highest-volume match across all blockchains. To force a specific chain, use the Specific assets input with the exact blockchain name and contract address instead of the symbol.

The run timed out. What should I do?

Lower the maxItems value to reduce the number of API calls. You can also increase the Actor's timeout setting in the run options if you need a larger dataset.

I see a zero price for my asset.

DIA may not have a current quote for that asset at this moment, or the contract address may be incorrect. Double-check the address on a block explorer and try again later.
