Empire Flippers Listings Scraper
Scrape Empire Flippers business-for-sale listings, including price, revenue, profit, and niche, up to a million per run. Filter live For Sale, Sold, or Under Offer deals by monetization type. Export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML.
Empire Flippers lists established online businesses for sale, but manually sifting through hundreds of listings to find a deal that fits your buy box is slow. This actor reads the public marketplace feed directly, returning a clean dataset you can filter by listing status and monetization method. No browser needed, no manual copying. Every row follows one consistent schema so your analysis starts the moment the run finishes.
| Who uses it | What they scrape Empire Flippers for |
|---|---|
| Acquisition entrepreneurs | Scan new Empire Flippers listings daily for businesses matching their investment criteria. |
| M&A analysts | Compile sold and live listings to benchmark valuation multiples across niches. |
| Market researchers | Track which business models and monetization methods command the highest asking prices. |
| Agency brokers | Keep a live feed of new listings to match with buyer mandates. |
What it does
This Actor collects Empire Flippers marketplace listings by status and optional monetization filter, and returns each deal as a flat row with its asking price, financials, niche, and URL.
- ๐ Listing status filter: scrape only active For Sale listings, recently Sold deals, or those currently Under Offer.
- ๐ท๏ธ Monetization filter: narrow results to a specific business model such as Amazon FBA, SaaS, Affiliate Sales, or Display Advertising.
- ๐ฆ Flat row output: every listing arrives as a single row ready for spreadsheets, databases, or BI tools.
Results export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML, or straight from the API.
What you can do with Empire Flippers data
๐ Monitor new deals daily.
An acquisition entrepreneur runs the actor each morning with status set to For Sale, piping fresh listings into a Google Sheet to surface SaaS businesses under a target revenue multiple.
๐ Benchmark exit valuations.
An M&A analyst scrapes Sold listings over the past year, groups them by monetization type, and calculates median price-to-revenue multiples to advise a seller on pricing.
๐ Find off-market comps.
A broker scrapes Sold and Under Offer listings, extracts niche and revenue data, and uses the dataset to justify a valuation range in a pitch deck for a new client.
๐๏ธ Build a deal database.
A market researcher runs the actor weekly across all statuses, storing every listing in a database to analyze which business models are growing fastest in supply and demand.
Why choose this scraper

Troubleshooting
Why am I getting no results?
Check your Monetization filter spelling. It must match the label exactly as it appears on Empire Flippers (for example, 'Amazon FBA', not 'amazon fba'). Try leaving it empty to confirm there are listings for the selected status.
The actor returned fewer listings than my maximum.
That is normal when the marketplace itself has fewer live listings than your number. The actor stops when it runs out of pages, not when it invents data.
Some fields are empty in my output.
Empire Flippers sometimes omits revenue or profit on Sold listings. The actor returns what the site publishes. Missing fields mean the data was not present on the page.
The actor timed out before reaching my maximum.
Raise the actor timeout in the run settings, or lower your Maximum Listings input to match the number you need for one run.
My data looks different from the marketplace page.
Empire Flippers may update their layout. The actor parses structured data from the page, so formatting inconsistencies on the site can cause temporary gaps. Re-run after a few hours; if the issue persists, contact support.
FAQ
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Can I scrape sold listings to see what deals closed? | Yes. Set the Listing Status to 'Sold' and the actor returns only completed deals from the public sold feed. Price and financials are included where Empire Flippers has disclosed them. |
| Does this actor require a login or an API token? | No. It reads the public marketplace pages that anyone can view. You do not need an Empire Flippers account or any API credentials. |
| How do I filter by business type, like only Amazon FBA deals? | Use the Monetization input. Type 'Amazon FBA', 'SaaS', 'Affiliate Sales', or any monetization label listed on the marketplace. Leave it empty to pull all business types. |
| What does the 'Under Offer' status include? | It returns listings that have an accepted offer but have not yet closed. These deals are no longer actively for sale but can be useful for seeing what is getting traction. |
| How often does the data refresh? | The actor reads the live site on each run. Run it on a schedule (hourly, daily) and you will pick up new listings as soon as they appear on Empire Flippers. |
| Can I get the listing URL so I can open the full detail page? | Yes. Every row includes the direct URL to the listing on Empire Flippers, so you can click through for the full description, media, and Q&A details. |
| Does the actor handle multiple pages of results? | Yes. It paginates through the marketplace until it collects the number of listings you set in the Maximum Listings input. |
| Can I scrape the entire marketplace at once? | Set a high Maximum Listings value (up to 1,000,000) and leave the Monetization filter empty. The actor will work through every available listing for the status you selected. |
| What format does the data export in? | You can export the final dataset from Apify in CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML format, or push it directly to a webhook, Google Sheets, or a database through an integration. |
