MagicBricks India Property Scraper

Scrape MagicBricks India property listings for sale or rent across 27 cities, up to a million per run. Each listing returns its price, area, BHK, project name, and full property details. No browser needed. Export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML.

MagicBricks is India's largest property portal, but manually collecting listings across cities and transaction types is slow and repetitive. This Actor reads the public search results directly, letting you pull structured property data from Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and 24 other cities in one run. Filter by property type, sort by price or recency, and get every listing in a consistent flat schema.

What it does

This Actor collects MagicBricks property listings by city and transaction type, and returns each one as a flat row with price, area, BHK, project details, and more.

  • ๐Ÿ™๏ธ 27 Indian cities: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Thane, Lucknow, Indore, Greater Noida, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Ludhiana, Mysore, Nagpur, and Nashik.
  • ๐Ÿ  Sale and rental listings: Switch between For Sale and For Rent with one input to cover both sides of the market.
  • ๐Ÿข Eight property types: Filter to Multistorey Apartment, Builder Floor, Penthouse, Residential House, Villa, Residential Land, Studio Apartment, or Farm House.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Four sort orders: Premium plus Recent, Price high to low, Price low to high, or Newest listings first.

Results export to CSV, JSON, Excel, or XML, or straight from the API.

What you can do with MagicBricks data

๐Ÿ“ˆ Monitor city-level price trends.

A real estate analyst runs the Actor weekly on Mumbai and Bangalore sale listings sorted by newest, then charts average price per square foot by property type to spot emerging micro-market shifts.

๐Ÿข Build a rental inventory dataset.

A prop-tech startup scrapes For Rent listings across all 27 cities, filters to Multistorey Apartments only, and feeds the structured data into their apartment search app.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Find investment opportunities.

An NRI investor pulls Residential Land and Villa listings in Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai sorted by price low to high, then shortlists undervalued properties for site visits.

๐Ÿ“Š Compare supply across property types.

A market researcher runs the Actor on five metro cities with no property type filter, then pivots the output to count listings by type and city for a quarterly supply report.

Troubleshooting

Why am I getting no results?

Check that your city and transaction type combination has active listings. Some smaller cities may have few For Rent listings. Try switching the transaction type or removing the property type filter to broaden the search.

Why am I only getting 10 results?

Free Apify users are limited to 10 items as a preview. Upgrade to a paid plan and increase the Maximum properties input to get more listings.

The Actor is running slowly. Is that normal?

The Actor respects MagicBricks' servers by pacing requests. Large runs with high maxItems values will take longer. This is expected behavior and protects your account from being rate-limited.

Some listings are missing fields like price or area.

MagicBricks listings sometimes omit details at the source. If a seller or broker did not provide the price or area, that field will be empty in your output. This is not an Actor error.

Can I use this Actor with a proxy?

Yes. Apify automatically routes traffic through its proxy pool. You can configure custom proxies in the Actor's advanced settings if needed.
