Troubleshooting

Why am I getting fewer results than expected?

Check the maxItems setting. If it is lower than the total number of ranked universities for that year, the Actor stops once it reaches your limit. Increase maxItems to collect more.

The run completed but some SDG score columns are empty.

Not every university submits data for all 17 SDGs. Empty or null values in individual SDG columns mean the institution did not provide evidence for that goal in that edition year.

I selected a year but the run returned no data.

Confirm the year is spelled correctly and matches one of the available editions (2019 through 2025). If the year is correct, the rankings page structure may have changed. Try a different year to isolate the issue.

The Actor is running slowly on a large maxItems value.

The Actor respects the source website by pacing requests. A full scrape of 2,000 universities may take several minutes. This is normal behavior to avoid being blocked.

Can I get the ranking for a specific SDG only?

The Actor returns the full dataset with all SDGs. To focus on one goal, export the full dataset and sort or filter by that SDG's score column in Excel, Google Sheets, or your analysis tool.
