Data Source
All data comes from the US International Trade Commission — the official source for the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States. USITC HTS records are authoritative published classification/rate evidence, but a search result is not a binding CBP ruling, legal advice, a complete landed-cost calculation, proof of origin or FTA eligibility, or a guarantee of the duty owed. Chapter 99 duties, exclusions, quotas, trade remedies, country of origin, valuation, and later HTS revisions can change the applicable treatment. Review the linked official record and obtain a binding ruling when needed.
