The sample is shortened; real rows also include highlights, safetyAndProperty, locationSummary, hostAvatar, hostAbout and hostHighlights. cancellationPolicy and cancellationTerms need stay dates: without them Airbnb does not say which terms apply, and they are null and empty.

Does it return prices? No. Nightly prices depend on dates and guests; get them with the Airbnb Listings Scraper, which prices exact stays.

Why are some fields empty? Hosts fill in different parts of a listing. A listing without reviews has no ratings, a home with no co-hosts has an empty cohosts, and cancellationPolicy needs stay dates.

Do I need an Airbnb account? No.
